Disclosed is a terminal cover, which covers a terminal of a battery pack and is detachably mounted to the battery pack. The terminal cover includes a cover body coupled to a pack case of the battery pack by hook coupling, and a detachment guide unit provided at both side surfaces of the cover body to allow the hook coupling of the cover body to be released based on pressing by a user.

Disclosed is a disassembling tool for a secondary battery. The disassembling tool includes a first rotation member configured to be rotatable and to allow a nut to be coupled thereto; a connection shaft coupled to the first rotation member; a second rotation member coupled to the connection shaft to transmit a rotational force to the connection shaft; and a housing, in which the connection shaft is disposed. The housing is inclined with respect to a virtual horizontal line parallel to a ground surface.

A secondary battery pack according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a cell assembly including a plurality of secondary batteries; a pack case having an internal space for accommodating the cell assembly; an electrode terminal connected to the cell assembly and protruding to the outside of the pack case; and a terminal cover configured to cover an upper portion and partial side surfaces of the electrode terminal, and to be detachable from the pack case by including a hooking protrusion that is hook-coupled to and released from a stopper that is provided in the pack case. In particular, the terminal cover further includes a jig hole configured to allow a cover separating jig to be inserted from outside to inside, and the hooking protrusion is provided at an internal area of the terminal cover to be released from the stopper when the cover separating jig inserted through the jig hole pushes the hooking protrusion.

Secondary battery pack

An electrical assembly includes a plate unit disposed on a battery module, at least one electrical equipment loaded on the plate unit, and a pack terminal loaded on the plate unit. The pack terminal includes a terminal bolt configured to be contacted and connected to a connector of an external device; and a nut configured to be fastened to the terminal bolt. The electrical assembly further includes at least one bus bar loaded on the plate unit and configured to electrically connect the pack terminal to a module terminal of the battery module. At a side portion of the plate unit, an insert portion that is open to allow the nut to be inserted therein is formed, and a slot portion is formed to fix the nut inserted through the insert portion at a predetermined position.

Provided are a battery module and a battery pack including the same. The battery module includes: a cartridge assembly in which a plurality of cartridges, each accommodating a battery cell, are stacked on each other; a cover surrounding the cartridge assembly; a bushing member inserted through the cartridge assembly and the cover, and protruding to the outside of the cover by a pre-set interval; and a locking member inserted into the bushing member and locking the cover.

The battery module of the present disclosure includes: a cell assembly including a plurality of secondary batteries and a plurality of cartridges, the secondary batteries being vertically arranged and including electrode leads, the cartridges being vertically stacked to accommodate the secondary batteries in an inner space thereof; and a sensing assembly mounted on a front side of the cell assembly and including an insulation housing formed of an electrically insulative material and a sensing bus bar formed of an electrically conductive material, the sensing assembly being coupled to the electrode leads to sense voltages of the secondary batteries, wherein the insulation housing includes a plurality of penetration holes vertically spaced apart from each other to receive the electrode leads therethrough, and a plurality of housing slant portions arranged in the penetration holes and sloped at a predetermined angle from a horizontal direction.

A cartridge for a secondary battery includes a cooling channel in which an upper cooling plate and a lower cooling plate are respectively coupled to an upper rim and a lower rim of a ring-shaped main frame having a hollow central area to face each other, the cooling channel being formed in a space between the upper cooling plate and the lower cooling plate, and the main frame includes an opening configured to form an inlet and an outlet of the cooling channel by passing through the main frame in a lateral direction, the opening having an edge area chamfered such that a diameter thereof expands in an outward direction.

Cartridge for secondary battery and secondary battery pack comprising same

The present disclosure relates to a battery module, which includes: a housing including a first housing and a second housing, which are coupled to each other to form a accommodation space; a plurality of secondary batteries accommodated in the accommodation space; a bolt including a screw portion, which has screw threads formed on at least a portion of an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a bolt head arranged at an end of the screw portion, the bolt being configured to fasten the first housing and the second housing to each other by being mounted such that the screw portion penetrates the first housing to be screw-coupled to the second housing, and that the bolt head is caught by the first housing; and an O-ring mounted to be interposed between the first housing and the bolt head, wherein the O-ring includes: a hollow pierced such that the screw portion is inserted therein; and a recognition protrusion formed to protrude in a radial direction of the bolt head as compared with the bolt head.
