A disk player includes contact members accommodating and supporting a disk at a predetermined position in a main body of the disk player. The contact members are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the disk and the contact members are transferred to load the disk supported thereto into a clamping position, which is advantageous to miniaturizing the disk player and protecting the disk.

A portable audio logic deck mechanism includes a main base; a driving source installed on the main base; a power transmitting unit including a pair of capstan wheels isolated from each other at a predetermined interval on the main base, a pulley installed on the main base to rotate a minute distance, a belt connecting the driving source, the capstan wheel, and the pulley to each other to transmit power, and a main gear rotating interlockingly with one of the capstan wheels; a pair of reel tables rotatably installed on the main base so that the reels of a tape cassette can be safely placed on the reel tables; an interlocking unit for transmitting power to either of the pair of reel tables being interlocked with the power transmitting unit; a recording/reproducing element for recording/reproducing information to a magnetic tape of the tape cassette; a mode changing unit for changing the rotation speed and the rotation direction of the pair of reel tables; a tension controlling unit for controlling the tension applied to the belt of the power transmitting unit in engagement with the mode changing unit; a lifting and lowering unit for lifting and lowering the recording/reproducing element; and an ejecting unit for loading/unloading the tape cassette.

Logic deck mechanism for portable audio

An apparatus for varying the tension of a belt in a portable audio logic deck is provided. The belt tension varying apparatus includes a main base, a driving source installed in the main base, a pulley which transfers a driving force of the driving source while being wound by a belt and a main slide linearly reciprocating by the driving force of the driving source. A lever member is pivotably installed in the main slide and has an end portion connected to the rotational axis of the pulley. An elastic member elastically supports and biases the lever member in one direction, and a varying unit adjusts the tension of the belt wound around the pulley by pivoting the pulley, via the lever member, in response to the linear reciprocating movement of the main slide.

Belt tension varying apparatus for portable audio logic deck

A portable audio logic deck mechanism with a single driving source includes a power transfer unit transmitting power from the driving source, an interlocking unit selectively transmitting power to a pair of reel tables, a recording/reproducing unit performing recording/reproduction on a tape on reel tables, a first mode converting unit converting the rotational speed and direction of reel tables, a second mode converting unit moving the recording/reproducing unit up or down by interlocking with the first mode converting unit, and an ejecting unit to open/close a door. A pinch roller driving apparatus for a portable audio logic deck to adjust a tape running speed includes a pair of guide brackets, a pair of pinch rollers selectively close-contacting the respective rotation shafts of capstan wheels, and a pinch lever which selectively presses the guide brackets to pivot the pinch rollers by pivoting selectively in contact with both ends of the upper protruding portion according to the position of a head slide. An ejecting apparatus for the portable audio logic deck includes a knob having a lock member of which one end is hooked by the door, an ejection lever of which one end is coupled with the knob and having a first stopper, a head lever having a hooking protrusion fitting to a cam groove of a cam gear and a second stopper to selectively face the first stopper and guide the up/down movements of the magnetic head by interlocking with the rotation of the cam gear.

Portable audio logic deck mechanism and pinch roller driving apparatus

An internal structure of an apparatus using a loading motor such as a video cassette recorder or a camcoder and, more particularly, a loading worm guide apparatus is provided and includes a bracket structure for preventing a worm gear, which has received an axial thrust while being driven by a loading motor, from being disengaged. A conventional loading worm guide apparatus cannot adaptively adjust to the change of the state of a loading worm since a bracket is fixed to a main chassis. In contrast, the present loading worm guide apparatus interposes an elastic member between a bracket and a main chassis and can adjust a distance between the loading worm and the bracket by tightening or loosening a screw.
