A bread maker comprising: a main body; an oven having a surface coated with a ceramic material, and being accommodated in the main body; a door provided in a front of the main body to open and close the oven; and upper heaters and lower heaters respectively disposed in upper and lower parts of the oven and the door. The oven is coated with a ceramic material so that an inner surface of the oven does not become deformed due to a high temperatures, and so that an inner surface of the oven that is stained or coated with bread ingredients can be easily cleaned. The upper heaters are inclined downward, thereby enhancing heating efficiency. Further, the oven components are detachable so that a damaged part of the oven can be separately replaced.

A bread maker including a main body having an oven compartment with a front opening, a door to open and close the front opening of the oven compartment, a pair of kneading drums spaced apart from each other inside the oven compartment and winding a mixing bag filled with ingredients for bread thereon, a drum driver driving the kneading drums to rotate, a heater heating the inside of the oven compartment, and a heater driver driving the heater to operate. The bread maker includes a door sensor sensing whether the door is open or closed; and a controller controlling the drum driver and the heater driver to suspend the kneading drum and the heater, respectively, when the door sensor senses that the door is open. With this configuration, the bread maker and a method of controlling the same, suspends heaters and kneading drums when a door is open while the bread maker operates, thereby increasing safety and decreasing loss of heat and electrical energy.

Bread maker and method of controlling the same

A bread maker having an oven and a main body accommodating the oven therein, which comprises a base frame in the main body, a main frame disposed above the base frame and forming an oven compartment with a front opening, and a reinforcing member mounted to the main frame to reinforce the main frame. Accordingly, the present invention provides a bread maker in which a main body is securely and stably reinforced and noise is suppressed.

The present invention relates to a bread maker. The bread maker comprises: a main body having a door opening and forming a bread making space; a door opening/closing the door opening; a baking tray in the bread making space; a tray sensor sensing whether the baking tray is mounted in the bread making space; and a controller controlling a bread making process to be performed on the basis of a sensing signal from the tray sensor when the baking tray is mounted in the bread making space. Thus, operational errors are prevented since the bread maker is operates only when a baking tray is mounted.

A bread maker having a main body, an oven accommodated in the main body, a baking tray provided inside the oven, and a door rotatably connected to the main body to open and close the oven, the bread maker including a sealing part on an inside of the door to prevent leakage of heat from the oven, and a rib extending from the baking tray to contact the sealing part. The sealing part of the door contacts a rib formed on the baking tray when the door is closed so that the sealing part does not protrude into the oven, which prevents the sealing part from being damaged or deformed by an external force, and allows the door to be manufactured using a simple assembling process that increases productivity. The bottom of the oven includes a protuberant part that minimizes the effects of an external force.

A bread maker including a main body forming an oven compartment; upper and lower kneading drums spaced from each other in upper and lower parts inside the oven compartment to hold opposite ends of a mixing bag, respectively, and to wind opposite ends of the mixing bag is provided. Further, a pair of tray members is disposed between the upper and lower kneading drums facing each other to form a slit to pass the mixing bag therethrough. A bread maker includes a frame, a bracket combined to a side part of the frame and formed with a combining hole, a door provided in front of the frame, and a door hinge combined to the door and formed with a combining projection rotatably combined to the combining hole of the bracket to allow the door to rotatably open and close. Accordingly, the bread maker has a simplified and a secure a door combination structure, thereby enhancing assembly efficiency and decreasing production cost. Further, the bread maker includes a bracket covered with a side cover when the door is open, thereby simplifying and improving the exterior appearance of the bread maker.

A movable tray member has a plurality of combining projections at opposite side walls thereof. A sealing machine for sealing a pack filled with one or more objects, including a main case; a first sealing member provided in the main case; a second sealing member facing the first sealing member; a movable supporting part supporting the second sealing member and allowing the second sealing member to move near to, and away from, the first sealing member; and a heater provided in at least one of the first sealing member and the second sealing member to heat and melt the pack interposed therebetween.

A bread maker includes upper and lower rollers and a bar code scanner. The upper and lower rollers wind a mixing bag containing bread ingredients to form dough. The bar code scanner reads a bar code attached to the mixing bag so that, as the mixing bag is wound by rotation of the upper and lower rollers, the bar code scanner reads the bar code while being in contact with the bar code wound around one of the upper and lower rollers. The upper roller includes flat and arcuate portions. The flat portion is provided with an arcuate guide section to form a circular track together with the arcuate portion.

The reader holder includes a holder body, a sensing lever adjacent to a kneading drum with one end connected to one end of the holder body and the other end protruding from the main body towards the door, the sensing lever being pushed back by the door when the door is closed, and a reader supporting part extending from the holder body towards the door and supporting the barcode reader. A bread maker having an oven compartment, a door opening and closing the oven compartment, a fixed kneader with a first kneading roller, and a rotatable kneader with a second kneading roller. The rotatable roller rotates between a kneading position at which the first kneading roller and the second kneading roller face each other, and a released position at which the second kneading roller is spaced apart from the first kneading roller. A spring has a first end attached to a side wall of the oven compartment and a second end coupled to the rotatable kneader, and elastically returns the rotatable kneader to the kneading position as the door is closed and elastically maintains the rotatable kneader at the released position when the door is opened. A pusher in the door pushes the rotatable kneader from the released position to the kneading position as the door is closed.
