Disclosed are a protective coating composition for an electronic board and a method for preparing the same. The protective coating composition includes urethane-modified alkyd resins that can prevent poor grounding caused by low molecular weight siloxanes generated in a conventional silicone-type coating compositions and preventing performance degradation caused by tin whisker growth while lowering emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Disclosed is a flame-retardant polyphenylene ether resin composition having high rigidity and high impact strength. More particularly, disclosed is a flame-retardant polyphenylene ether resin composition having high rigidity and high impact strength which enhances environmental stress cracking resistance and impact resistance, compared to general materials, while exhibiting superior mechanical strength such as flame retardancy, tensile strength, flexural strength, flexural modulus, etc. through addition of particularly glass fiber, maleic anhydride-grafted polyphenylene ether, a thermoplastic styrenic elastomer, an ethylene terpolymer and an epoxy resin to a polyphenylene ether resin, and thus, may be used as a material of automobile battery cell modules or electric/electronic components.

A carbon fiber plate heating element and a method for producing the same are provided. The carbon fiber plate heating element includes a core wire positioned at a substantial center and an electrode body that includes a plurality of electrode fine lines twisted around the core wire. A stitching portion fixes the electrode body to a main panel at regular intervals. The method includes arranging a core wire at the substantial center; twisting a plurality of electrode fine lines around the core wire to form an electrode body; and fixing the electrode body to a main panel by stitching the electrode body at regular intervals.

The sensor includes electrode wires having a predetermined diameter inserted into the metal oxide of the temperature sensor when the metal oxide is press-molded to form the temperature sensor. Through the connection of the electrode wires to the temperature sensor device, disconnection of the electrode wires from the device even at a high temperature.

The present invention provides a lead-free solder composition for glass. The lead-free solder composition for glass includes indium, zinc, and tin. The indium (In) ranges from about 30.0 wt % to about 60 wt %. The zinc (Zn) ranges from about 0.01 wt % to about 11.0 wt %. The tin (Sn) is included as a remaining component.

Disclosed herein is a composition of a sensor element, a temperature sensor having the composition of the sensor element and a method of manufacturing the temperature sensor. The sensor element composition comprising YO, AlO, MnO, NiO and FeO, and further comprising ZrOand a temperature sensor comprising the same. The method comprising: weighing the composition for a sensor element; mixing the composition; calcining the mixture at about 1000&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;1400&#xb0; C. for 30 min&#x2dc;5 hrs; pulverizing the calcined mixture to obtain powder; disposing the powder type mixture into a mold; inserting in parallel a plurality of lead wires into the powder type mixture; pressure molding the powder type mixture; and sintering the pressure molded material at about 1300&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;1500&#xb0; C. for 30 min&#x2dc;5 hrs.

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises (A) 5-45 parts by weight of polypropylene resin, (B) 10-50 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, (C) 5-25 parts by weight of an ethylene copolymer, (D) 15-45 parts by weight of an ionomer, (E) 2-10 parts by weight of phenol cross-linking agent and 3-15 parts by weight of a cross-linking accelerator per 100 parts by weight of the (B), and (F) 3-15 parts by weight of epoxy polymer based on 100 parts by weight of the (D), wherein (A&plus;B) is 30-40 parts by weight and (C&plus;D) is 20-70 parts by weight. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in impact resistance at low temperature, heat resistance, weather resistance, scratch resistance and the vacuum formability, and is thus useful for the interior sheathing of an automobile.
