A display device is discussed which can include: a flexible substrate defined into a first area, a second area bent from an edge of the first area, and a third area outwardly expanded from the second area; a thin film transistor layer disposed on the substrate; an organic emission layer disposed on the thin film transistor layer; an encapsulation layer disposed on the organic emission layer; a polarization layer disposed on the encapsulation layer; and a cover window disposed on the polarization layer. The polarization layer is formed on the encapsulation layer opposite to the first and third areas of the substrate.

A light emitting device comprises a first pixel portion that includes a light emitting portion arranged between two electrodes on a first substrate, a transistor portion formed on a second substrate arranged to be opposed to the first substrate, a connection electrode extended from one of the two electrodes, and an electrical contact portion in surface contact with both the connection electrode and a drain of the transistor portion.

Light emitting device

An organic electro luminescence device and a fabrication method thereof are provided. An array element is formed on a first substrate and an electro luminescent diode is formed on a second substrate. The array element and the electro luminescent diode are electrically connected together by a spacer. A separator divides a sub pixel into a first region and a second region. In the electro luminescent diode, an anode electrode is formed over the first and second regions. An organic electro luminescent layer and a cathode electrode are formed on the anode electrode of one of the first and second regions.

A pixel circuit of an organic light emitting display includes a first transistor that transmits a data signal from a data line in response to a scan signal from a scan line; a first capacitor that stores the data signal received from the first transistor; a second transistor for threshold voltage compensation; a third transistor that transmits the threshold voltage of the second transistor; a fourth transistor that connects the gate and drain of the second transistor in a diode-connected configuration in response to a control signal from a control line; a second capacitor that stores the threshold voltage received through the third transistor; a fifth transistor that generates a driving current corresponding to a combined voltage of the first and the second capacitors due to the turned on third transistor; and an organic light emitting diode that emits light according to the driving current.

Pixel circuit of organic light emitting display

An organic light emitting diode display for effectively emitting a heat which is generated at an organic light emitting diode device is disclosed. In the organic light emitting diode display, an organic light emitting diode device is formed at a front surface of a transparent substrate to radiate a light via the transparent substrate. And a cap is formed to enclose the organic light emitting diode device with having an internal air layer therebetween, and wherein the cap includes a glass and a metal coating layer which is coated at a bonding surface of the glass, and the bonding surface is attached to the transparent substrate.

Thin film transistor and organic electro-luminescence display device using the same

An organic electroluminescent device provides reduced reflectivity to increase contrast and improve display quality. The organic electroluminescent device includes a substrate, a first electrode over the substrate, at least one organic electroluminescent layer on the first electrode, a second electrode of a transparent conductive material on the at least one organic electroluminescent layer, a top passivation layer on the second electrode, and a compensation layer including at least an antireflection coating material or an antiglare coating material.

Organic electroluminescent device

An electro-luminescence panel that is capable of improving brightness. In the panel, a single of compensation circuit is configured for a single of gate lines. Accordingly, the panel can considerably improve an aperture ratio in comparison to the existent electro-luminescence panel adopting a compensation circuit for each pixel. Also, it can improve a throughput and eliminate a stripe occurring at the pixel cell.
