Disclosed is a transmission oil bypass assembly including: a body formed in a pipe shape such that a first longitudinal side of the body is inserted into a first heat exchanger for heat exchange of transmission oil, with a bypass passage provided at a second longitudinal side of the body by protruding outside the first heat exchanger, and openings formed on a side wall of the body to allow the transmission oil to be introduced therethrough; a returning pipe configured to return the transmission oil introduced through the body to the transmission; a thermal expansion unit inserted into the body; a returning-side on/off valve configured to close an internal passage of the returning pipe when a length of the thermal expansion unit is increased; and a bypass-side on/off valve configured to close the bypass passage when the length of the thermal expansion unit is decreased.

Disclosed is an EGR cooler. The EGR cooler includes: a laminated tube core formed by laminating a plurality of gas channels side by side, wherein a fin structure for improving heat transfer is inserted into the gas channels and opposite ends of the gas channels are open; a body shell including a body part, in which the laminated tube core is accommodated, and a pair of end tank parts integrally provided at opposite ends of the body part; coolant pipes connected to the body shell so as to supply coolant to a periphery of the laminated tube core and to discharge the coolant to an outside; and a pair of flanges respectively fittingly coupled to the pair of end tank parts.

An apparatus for generating superheated vapor using waste heat recovery. A housing has an inlet tank and an outlet tank at both ends. Exhaust gas is introduced through the inlet tank, and is discharged through the outlet tank. A plurality of wave fin structures are disposed inside the housing so as to be spaced apart from each other at predetermined distances in a top-bottom direction, and include a plurality of peaks and a plurality of valleys which are connected in a transverse direction so as to form wave-like structures in a direction in which the exhaust gas flows. A plurality of working fluid tubes alternate with the plurality of wave fin structures. An inlet pipe through which working fluid is introduced and an outlet pipe through which the working fluid is discharged are disposed on a side surface of the housing.
