A test device includes a main board. First and second device under test (DUT) boards are disposed on the main board. First and second semiconductor devices are mounted on the first and second DUT boards, respectively. The first and second semiconductor devices are DUTs. First and second connectors are respectively disposed at a first end and a second end of the first DUT board. The first and second connectors are spaced apart from each other and respectively transmit first and second signals. The first signal forms a first electrical path along which the first signal is input to the first DUT board via the first connector. The second signal forms a second electrical path along which the second signal is output from the first DUT board and input to the second DUT board via the second connector.

A touch display device exhibiting low reflectivity is disclosed. The touch display device includes a light-blocking stack composed of at least two light-blocking color layers overlapping a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on an encapsulation unit, and a low-reflection layer disposed on the light-blocking stack, thereby absorbing external light without a separate polarizing plate, thus exhibiting low reflectivity.

A display apparatus including two lines is provided. The two lines may extend in a first direction. A light-emitting device may be disposed between the two lines. Each line may be bent or extended in the direction of the device substrate which supports the light-emitting device. The present invention relates to a method of predicting the risk of developing ankylosing spondylitis using DNA copy number variation. It was verified that the risk of developing ankylosing spondylitis can be effectively predicted using primers for detecting DNA copy number variation, of the present invention, and the sensitivity and specificity of prediction can be improved by grafting the results of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) measurements, and thus more fundamental approaches for preventing and treating ankylosing spondylitis are expected.

Disclosed are an organic light-emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same. In the organic light-emitting display device, a first protrusion is provided to protrude from a planarization layer, which has a pixel contact hole configured to expose a thin-film transistor disposed on a substrate, toward a cathode electrode of an organic light-emitting element, and a side surface angle of the first protrusion differs from a side surface angle of the planarization layer, which is exposed through the pixel contact hole. Thereby, the cathode electrode and an auxiliary connection electrode may be electrically connected to each other without a separate partition, which may simplify the structure and the manufacturing process of the organic light-emitting display device.

Disclosed are a color filter array having a touch sensor and a display panel having the same. The color filter array may comprise: a plurality of color filters arranged in first and second directions on a substrate; a touch block electrode disposed on the color filters to sense a user touch position; a black matrix disposed on the touch block electrode between the color filters; and a touch-sensing line which is disposed in any one of the first and second directions and at least one of which is connected to the touch block electrode. Thereby, when the color filter array is applied to a bending-type or folding-type display device, generation of cracks in the touch sensing line is reduced or minimized.
