A structure for belt installation of an engine for a vehicle is provided. The structure includes a damper pulley that is mounted to a crankshaft of the engine and a stretch belt that has a first end mounted on the damper pulley and a second end connected to an upper portion of a pulley portion of an accessory. The accessory is mounted on the engine at a position spaced apart from the damper pulley. The pulley portion includes a guide member on a front center thereof which guides installation of the stretch belt to the pulley portion.

Structure and method for belt installation of an engine for a vehicle

An engine includes: a crankshaft pulley; a motor/generator mounted to a side of the engine and including a motor pulley; an auxiliary driving device pulley; a dual tensioner including a tensioner arm of which a first idler pulley is mounted to a first end of the tension arm and a second idler pulley is mounted to a second end of the tension arm, and the tensioner arm rotatable around a center of the motor/generator and a belt connecting the crankshaft pulley, the motor pulley, the auxiliary driving device pulley, the first idler pulley, and second idler pulley.

A damper pulley for a crankshaft may include: a hub including a first cylindrical portion, a first closed end provided at one end of the first cylindrical portion, and a first open end provided at the other end of the first cylindrical portion; and a pulley including a second cylindrical portion having a plurality of grooves, a second closed end provided at one end of the second cylindrical portion, and a second open end provided at the other end of the second cylindrical portion. In particular, the first closed end of the hub and the second closed end of the pulley are combined into one unit.

Damper pulley for crankshaft

A belt connection structure for a vehicle is provided. The belt connection structure includes a damper pulley mounted on a crankshaft of an engine, a water pump mounted on the engine separated in an upward direction from the damper pulley, a mild hybrid starter and generator on an upper part of the engine separated from the water pump, and an air conditioner mounted on the engine separated from the compressor damper pulley. A first belt connects the damper pulley, water pump, and mild hybrid starter and generator and a second belt connects the damper pulley and the air conditioner compressor. A first tensioner is mounted on the mild hybrid starter and generator and selectively in contact on the first belt to adjust a tension and a second tensioner is mounted on a chain cover and selectively in contact under the first belt to adjust the tension of the first belt.

A tensioner mounting structure for the vehicle mounted for adjusting a tension of a first belt in an engine including a water pump and a mild hybrid starter and generator that are connected to a damper pulley mounted on a crankshaft provided in a cylinder block through the first belt, and an air conditioner compressor connected to the damper pulley through a second belt, may include a first tensioner mounted on the mild hybrid starter and generator between the water pump and the mild hybrid starter and generator; and a second tensioner mounted on a chain cover mounted on the engine between the damper pulley and the mild hybrid starter and generator.

A variable valve driving apparatus includes a driving shaft including a first camshaft and a second camshaft coaxially disposed to the first camshaft, a driving cam including an opening cam disposed to the first camshaft and a closing cam disposed to the second camshaft, a phase control portion controlling relative phases between the first camshaft and the second camshaft and a valve opening portion opened by the opening cam and the closing cam.

Variable valve driving apparatus

A variable valve lift apparatus may include a cam that is disposed to a camshaft and rotates, a rocker arm that is disposed to the camshaft and in which a relative rotation angle of the rocker arm around the camshaft is variable, a cam follower that contacts the cam, receives rotation of the cam, and pivots around the rocker arm, and a swing arm that contacts the cam follower and drives a valve.
