The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and an exterior material including the same. The thermoplastic resin composition included 90 to 99.5% by weight of styrene-based resins each including 5 to 30% by weight of acrylate rubber having a DLS average particle diameter of 0.25 to 0.32 μm or a TEM average particle diameter of 0.2 to 0.27 μm based on a total weight of the styrene-based resins; and 0.5 to 10% by weight of a polyamide resin, and an exterior material including the thermoplastic resin composition. According to the present disclosure, a low-gloss thermoplastic resin composition having excellent aesthetics, such as softness, luxuriousness, and naturalness, due to uniformity, low gloss, and improvement in surface texture while having mechanical properties and processability equal or superior to those of conventional ASA resins; and an exterior material including the low-gloss thermoplastic resin composition may be provided.

The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article including the same. The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition including two or more types of acrylic graft resins (A) having different average particle diameters; a first copolymer (B) including an alkyl-substituted styrene, a (meth)acrylate, and a vinyl cyanide compound; a second copolymer (C) including an alkyl-unsubstituted styrene, a (meth)acrylate, and a vinyl cyanide compound; and a (meth)acrylate polymer (D), wherein the (meth)acrylate is included in an amount of 40 to 59% by weight based on a total weight of the thermoplastic resin composition, and a molded article including the thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition having these compositional features may have excellent impact resistance, fluidity, and heat resistance, and may provide an economic advantage by suppressing increase in processing cost. In particular, the thermoplastic resin composition may implement a deep black color.

The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and an exterior material including the same. The thermoplastic resin composition has low gloss and has mechanical properties and processability equal or superior to those of conventional ASA resins. The thermoplastic resin composition also has improved viscoelastic properties that can lead to excellent processability during the manufacture of a co-extruded product and excellent adhesion within the co-extruded product. The thermoplastic resin composition is also capable of reducing surface defects.

Disclosed are a thermoplastic resin composition, a method of preparing the same, and a molded article manufactured using the same. The thermoplastic resin composition includes 3 to 22% by weight of a graft copolymer (A-1) including an acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 200 to 400 nm, an aromatic vinyl compound, and a vinyl cyanide compound; 17 to 40% by weight of a graft copolymer (A-2) including an acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 50 to 199 nm, an aromatic vinyl compound, and a vinyl cyanide compound; 30 to 57% by weight of a copolymer (B) including a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester compound, an α-methyl styrene-based compound, and a vinyl cyanide compound; and 6 to 30% by weight of a polymethacrylate resin (C) (except for α-methyl styrene), wherein an average multi-axial impact strength is 22 J/mm or more.

Thermoplastic resin composition, method of preparing the same, and molded article manufactured using the same

Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition which includes: a first graft copolymer including a first acrylic rubber polymer; a second graft copolymer including a second acrylic rubber polymer; and a first styrene-based copolymer including an alkyl-substituted styrene-based monomer unit and an acrylonitrile-based monomer unit, wherein the first acrylic rubber polymer has an average particle diameter larger than that of the second acrylic rubber polymer, the first graft copolymer is included in a larger amount than the second graft copolymer, and the sum of the first graft copolymer and the second graft copolymer is 22 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the sum of the first graft copolymer, the second graft copolymer, and the first styrene-based copolymer.

The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and an exterior material including the same. The thermoplastic resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of styrene-based resins; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a first polyamide resin having a melting temperature (Tm) of 230° C. or less; and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a second polyamide resin having a melting temperature (Tm) of 250° C. or more. Both the first and second polyamide resins have a relative viscosity of 2.5 or less. A method of producing a sintered magnet is disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a method of producing a sintered magnet comprises, sintering a R—Fe—B based magnetic powder to produce a sintered magnet; wherein the R is Nd, Pr, Dy, Ce or Tb, and infiltrating a eutectic alloy into the sintered magnet, wherein the eutectic alloy contains Pr, Al, Cu and Ga, and wherein infiltration the eutectic alloy includes applying the eutectic alloy to the sintered magnet and heat-treating the sintered magnet to which the eutectic alloy is applied.

In the optical composite sheet according to an embodiment, optical functional elements such as a prism sheet and a light diffusion layer are combined, and a light absorbing layer that selectively absorbs light of a specific wavelength band is inserted, so that the optical performance and color gamut can be enhanced as compared with the prior art. In particular, it is possible to minimize the decrease in luminance due to the absorption of light by the light absorbing layer while enhancing the color gamut by adjusting the lamination configuration of the optical composite sheet.

In the optical sheet according to an embodiment, at least one organic dye that selectively absorbs light in a specific wavelength band is added to a prism pattern layer, whereby it is possible to provide an optical sheet by a simpler manufacturing process than before, in which the color gamut is enhanced while a decrease in luminance due to light absorption is minimized. In addition, it is possible to secure optical and mechanical properties while preventing a degradation of organic dyes due to UV curing by adjusting the composition of the prism pattern layer.
