Provided are a hyperparameter optimizer and method for optimizing hyperparameters and a spiking neural network processing unit. The optimizer includes a statistical analyzer configured to receive training data and perform statistical analysis on the training data, an objective function generator configured to generate hyperparameter-specific objective functions by using a statistical analysis value of the statistical analyzer, and an optimal hyperparameter selector configured to select optimal hyperparameters according to certain rules on the basis of the hyperparameter-specific objective functions.

Hyper-parameter optimization method for spiking neural network and the processing apparatus thereof

This application relates to a frictional electricity generator increasing output transfer efficiency. In one aspect, the frictional electricity generator includes a housing and a power generation element which is arranged in the housing and in which a + position pole and a &#x2212; position pole are arranged according to the movement of a positive charge and a negative charge by friction. A circuit configured to sense a threshold voltage of an organic light emitting diode (OLED) of a display panel includes a sample and hold unit configured to receive the threshold voltage of the OLED, a first capacitor configured to sample the threshold voltage of the OLED, a second capacitor configured to charge-share the voltage on the first capacitor, an output terminal configured to output the voltage on the second capacitor, and an amplifier including an input terminal connected to the output terminal of the sample and hold unit. The sample and hold unit includes a first switching unit configured to selectively connect the OLED, the first capacitor, the second capacitor, the first capacitor and a first or second reference voltage, the second capacitor and the second or a third reference voltage, and the second capacitor and the output terminal.

An apparatus for controlling IEEE 802.15.4 physical layer operation state is provided. The physical layer operation state controlling apparatus defines an operation state of a physical layer including a Hardwired Low-MAC (HL-MAC) device in which functions of IEEE 802.15.4 MAC layer are hardwired, and includes a state module for controlling the operation state of the physical layer. The state module includes a Finite State Machine (FSM) for, when receiving an event for the operation state of the physical layer, transiting to a state module corresponding to the event and controlling the operation state of the physical layer; and an interrupt handler for converting an interrupt received from the physical layer to the event corresponding to a register of the state module and sending the event to the FSM. Hence, by means of the state machine for the IEEE 802.15.4 PHY, the IEEE 802.15.4 physical layer operation state can be controlled to optimize the operations of the upper MAC.
