A method for improving accuracy of correction of fuel quantity at the time when a recirculation valve (RCV) is opened, may include a step of correcting injection amount of fuel based on consideration factors when the RCV is operated to be opened. The consideration factors include property values of a flow path of the RCV, the flow path being mounted to an intake pipe to connect between a front end of a compressor close to the atmosphere and a rear end of the compressor adjacent to combustion chambers, a first calculation value obtained by calculating amount of air to be introduced into the combustion chambers after circulating from the flow path of the RCV to the intake pipe, and a second calculation value obtained by calculating amount of hydrocarbon to be introduced into the flow path of the RCV by purging evaporative gas.

Method and system for improving accuracy of correction of fuel quantity at the time when recirculation valve is opened

The present disclosure relates to a method for removing residual purge gas in operating an active purge system and includes determining evaporation gas purge stop in a control unit, closing a PCSV mounted on a purge line connecting a canister and an intake pipe, and determining whether all of the evaporation gas flowed into the intake pipe is flowed into a combustion chamber, so that all of the evaporation gas flowed into an intake pipe during travelling can be flowed into and combusted in the combustion chamber.

Method for removing residual purge gas

A leak diagnosis system using a purge pump of an active purge system is provided. The leak diagnosis system includes a canister for adsorbing an evaporated gas from a fuel tank, a purge line for connecting the canister with an intake pipe, the purge pump and a purge control solenoid valve mounted to the purge line, and an auxiliary canister and an auxiliary canister control valve mounted to the purge line and located between the intake pipe and the purge control solenoid valve.

An intake and exhaust system for preventing generation of condensed water may include: an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system circulating some of combustion gas from an exhaust pipe to an intake pipe; an active purging system compressing and supplying evaporation gas generated from a fuel tank to the intake pipe; and a controller to control the EGR system and the active purging system. In particular, the controller calculates a saturated water vapor pressure based on temperature at a position between the EGR system and the intake pipe, and calculates a saturated water vapor pressure based on temperature of the intake pipe and then compares one of the two saturated water vapor pressures with a water vapor pressure of intake air so as to reduce an EGR rate of the EGR system or a purging rate of the active purging system based on the comparison result.
