A method for manufacturing a negative electrode, including the steps of preparing a negative electrode slurry including low-expansion natural graphite, a binder polymer, a conductive material and a dispersion medium; applying the negative electrode slurry to at least one surface of a negative electrode current collector, drying the coated negative electrode slurry, to form a preliminary negative electrode having a preliminary negative electrode active material layer; and pressing the preliminary negative electrode to obtain the negative electrode having a finished negative electrode active material layer. A difference between the specific surface area of the preliminary negative electrode active material layer before pressing and that of the finished negative electrode active material layer after pressing is 0.5 m/g to 1.0 m/g. A negative electrode obtained by the method and a secondary battery including the negative electrode are also disclosed.

Disclosed is a wireless communication system using multiple transmission and reception points. In a wireless communication system having a first transmission and reception point and at least one second transmission and reception point belonging to the same cell, the first transmission and reception point has a wider transmission area than the at least one second transmission and reception point, and the first transmission and reception point and the at least one second transmission and reception point generate downlink transmission signals by using the same physical layer cell ID or virtual cell IDs allocated to each terminal, and then the terminals generate uplink transmission signals by using the allocated virtual cell IDs.

Wireless communication system using multiple transmission and reception points

Provided are a wireless communication system and method using distributed antennas. A physical channel and reference signal (RS) transmission/reception method for downlink and uplink communication using a plurality of points is provided for a case in which the plurality of points have different physical cell identities (PCIs), or in a wireless communication environment using distributed antennas in which the plurality of points belong to the same cell and have the same PCI. Also, a method of transmitting a physical channel and an RS in an uplink and a downlink by introducing a virtual cell identity (VCI) is provided. Further, a cooperative transmission method using a plurality of points is provided, so that communication efficiency of a wireless communication system using distributed antennas can be improved.

Disclosed is a method for transmitting and receiving control information. Disclosed is a pilot signal transmitting/receiving device and method in a wireless communication system. When generating a pilot signal block that is shorter than the length of a data signal, a frequency for each predetermined pilot signal block is transitioned so as to guarantee frequency domain channel estimation performance. A cyclic prefix according to the length of the transitioned pilot signal is added to the pilot signal, a data signal is time division multiplexed together with the pilot signal, and a resultant signal is transmitted through an antenna. In advance to this, a position of a subcarrier for transmitting the pilot signal and the data signal is determined, a data signal is mapped on the determined subcarrier, and in this instance, diversity on the channel for a symbol is used to map the data signal on the transmission method using one of the localized FDMA (L-FDMA) channel and the distributed FDMA (D-FDMA) channel. Therefore, the frequency resolution in the frequency domain is maintained to thus provide high-quality channel estimation performance.
