The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented systems, apparatuses, and processes that dynamically configure and populate a digital interface based on sequential elements of message data exchanged during a chatbot session established programmatically between an apparatus and a device. For example, the apparatus may generate first messaging data that includes a candidate input value for an interface element of a digital interface, and transmit the first messaging data to the device during the programmatically established chatbot session. The apparatus may also receive, from the device during the programmatically established chatbot session, second messaging data that includes a confirmation of the candidate input value. Based on the second messaging data, the apparatus may generate populated interface data that associates the interface element with the confirmed candidate input value, and store the populated interface data within a memory.

Dynamic configuration and population of digital interfaces during programmatically established chatbot sessions

A computer-implemented method is disclosed. The method includes: detecting a trigger condition associated with a data record based on monitoring data record operations in connection with the data record; in response to detecting the trigger condition, generating a first message object for the data record, the first message object being associated with at least one compatible access channel; storing the first message object in a memory, the first message object being stored in association with a set of one or more message objects for the data record, wherein the first set defines an order for the one or more message objects; detecting a data record operation via a first access channel; retrieving, from the memory, at least one message object of the set that is associated with the first access channel; and causing the at least one message object to be delivered via the first access channel.

Multi-channel messaging system

A computer-implemented method is disclosed. The method includes: detecting a trigger condition associated with a data record based on monitoring data record operations in connection with the data record; in response to detecting the trigger condition, generating a first message object for the data record, the first message object being associated with at least one compatible access channel and one or more defined rules for evaluating the first message object prior to delivery of the first message object to a recipient entity; storing the first message object in a memory, the first message object being stored in association with a first set of one or more message objects for the data record, wherein the first set defines an order for the one or more message objects; detecting a data record operation via a first access channel; retrieving, from the memory, at least one message object of the first set that is associated with the first access channel; and causing the at least one message object to be delivered to the recipient entity via the first access channel.

The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented systems, apparatuses, and processes that dynamically and securely augment a programmatically established communications session, such as a chatbot session, to include one or more additional responsive applications. For example, an apparatus may receive messaging data during a first communication session programmatically established between a device and a first executed application program, and may determine that an additional apparatus is configured to perform operations consistent with the messaging data. The apparatus may transmit a digital token and at least a portion of the messaging data to an additional apparatus. A second application executed by the additional apparatus may validate the digital token and based on the portion of the messaging data, establish a second communication session between the device and the executed first and second application programs.

Dynamic and cryptographically secure augmentation of programmatically established chatbot sessions

The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented systems, apparatuses, and processes that dynamically and securely augment participants in programmatically established chatbot sessions. For example, an apparatus may obtain messaging data generated during a first communications session involving a first device and based on the messaging data, detecting an occurrence of an event that triggers an establishment of a second communications session involving the first device and a second device. The apparatus may generate and transmit, to the second device, notification data causing the second device to validate one or more authentication credentials, and may receive confirmation data indicative of the one or more validated authentication credentials from the second device. Based on the confirmation data, the apparatus may perform operations that establish the second communications session in accordance with at least a portion of the messaging data.

Dynamic and cryptographically secure augmentation of participants in programmatically established chatbot sessions

The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented apparatuses and processes that automatically populate deep-linked interfaces based n programmatically established chatbot sessions. For example, an apparatus may determine a candidate parameter value for a first parameter of an exchange of data based on received messaging information and on information characterizing prior exchanges of data between a device and the apparatus. The apparatus may also generate interface data that associates the first candidate parameter value with a corresponding interface element of a first digital interface, and may store the store interface data within a data repository. In some instances, the apparatus may transmit linking data associated with the stored interface data to the device, and an application program executed by the device may present a representation of the linking data within a second digital interface.

Automated population of deep-linked interfaces during programmatically established chatbot sessions

A method and system are provided for processing context data for interaction sessions for providing a subset of the context data for a first interaction session. The method includes detecting the first interaction session between a request initiator and a request service provider, and obtaining context data of a plurality of other interaction sessions. The context data is related to activity of the request initiator. The method also includes selecting the subset of the context data based on at least one of relevance, similarities and differences to at least one of the first interaction session and type of interaction channel. The subset of the context data is then provided for the first interaction session.

System and method for generating an interaction request

A method and system are provided for generating an interaction request to initiate a first interaction session using a first interaction channel between a request recipient and a request service provider. The method includes determining an identifier of the interaction request to be generated, determining a task associated with the interaction request, obtaining context data of a plurality of other interaction sessions associated with the identifier, determining a subset of the context data of the plurality of other interaction sessions and generating the interaction request using the subset of the context data. The interaction request may be a modified version of an initial interaction request.

A method and system are provided for processing an interaction request. The method includes detecting the interaction request in a first interaction session using a first interaction channel between a request initiator and a request service provider, assigning an identifier to the interaction request, determining a task associated with the interaction request, and obtaining context data of a plurality of other interaction sessions associated with the identifier. The plurality of other interaction sessions occurs proximal in time with the first interaction session. The context data is related to activity of the request initiator. The method also includes associating a subset of the context data with the interaction request. The subset of the context data is the context data of the plurality of other interaction sessions that are related to the task. The method also includes generating an interaction response using the subset of the context data.
