Valve handle

Provided is a valve with which a seal member is not damaged when pressure accumulated near the seal member is released. This valve includes a valve box having a valve chamber, a valve seat provided in the valve chamber and having a seat surface, a stem including, at a tip end thereof, a valve element configured to abut against and move away from the seat surface due to an operation of an actuator, a seal space provided with a seal member configured to prevent a fluid from leaking, a seal opening space formed outside the seal space, and a seal pressing member configured to press and fix the seal member to a valve chamber side. The valve box is formed with a leak hole through which the seal space and the outside of the valve box communicate.

Hybrid valve

To provide a valve that is easily assembled and has a low possibility of breakage of a coupled section even when the valve has to be downsized or subjected to a large load. A valve has a valve unit and a drive unit, is configured to include: a first recess that is a recess formed in either one of a second stem or a first stem and is formed with a groove at a predetermined position on an inner circumferential surface of the recess; a second recess formed in another one thereof; a stem pin accommodated in both of the recesses; an urging member that is accommodated in the first recess and urges the stem pin to the other side; a sidewall through-hole that penetrates a sidewall of the second recess horizontally; and a ball that enters the sidewall through-hole.

A valve device comprising: a flow passage block in which a flow passage is formed; a diaphragm configured to open and close the flow passage; an actuator configured to push down the diaphragm via a diaphragm holder; a tubular bonnet formed with an internal thread on an inner circumferential surface, the bonnet being configured to join the flow passage block and the actuator; a tubular adjusting screw threaded to the internal thread, the adjusting screw being configured to come into contact with the diaphragm holder to adjust a valve opening position of the diaphragm; and an annular lock nut configured to lock the adjusting screw by being screwed into the internal thread.

Concentration measurement device

To provide a flow rate regulating valve capable of detecting a state where a flow path is fully closed even when there is no lead wire or the like for detecting the state where the flow path is fully closed. A flow rate regulating valve is a fluid regulating valve including a valve body for opening and closing fluid flow paths provided in a body and includes an actuator unit for moving the valve body, and the actuator unit includes a drive motor, a slider moved by a rotation of the motor, a cylindrical body mounted on the slider, and a shaft interlocked with the cylindrical body and provided with the valve body fixed to a distal end thereof. The motor is a stepping servomotor, and has a pressing control function for moving the valve body in the closing direction at a continuous rated torque.

Flow rate regulating valve and fluid control apparatus using the same

A fluid heater includes: a passage member having a passage formed therein; a heater for heating the passage member; a fixing member for fixing the passage member to a fluid control device; and a connection member connected to the passage member so as to allow fluid to flow into the passage member. The passage has a helical shape.

Provided is a valve for high-pressure gas, wherein a sheet member is provided inside a through hole formed in a valve body of the valve, wherein the sheet member constitutes a channel for high-pressure gas inside the through hole, wherein the sheet member is fixed inside the through hole by a pressing member, wherein an end opening of the through hole is closed by a lid member, wherein a gasket is provided at a peripheral part of the end opening of the through hole, wherein the gasket is sandwiched between the lid member and the valve body, wherein the lid member is pressed toward the valve body by a plug, and wherein a bearing is provided between the plug and the lid member.

A gasket includes a thick portion providing a first face seal and a thin portion providing a second face seal. A fluid coupling has an annular gasket housing recess that includes a wide portion for housing the thick portion of the gasket and a narrow portion for housing the thin portion of the gasket.

A ball valve includes: a main body having a fluid inlet passage, a fluid outlet passage, and a column-shaped depression communicating with these passages and opening upward; a ball including a fluid communication passage and disposed at the column-shaped depression of the main body rotatably about a reference axis; an operating mechanism configured to cause the ball to rotate about the reference axis; a ball seat having a required opening on a peripheral wall thereof and disposed between the ball and the main body; a ball seat presser configured to press the ball seat; and a pressing screw configured to press the ball seat presser downward. The ball is rotated to achieve communication and cutoff. The ball seat has a substantially frustoconical shape having a bottom surface larger than a bottom of the depression in diameter, and an upper surface slightly smaller than the bottom surface in diameter.

Ball valve

Provided are a seal structure in which sealing performance is ensured over a long period of time even when it is used for low-temperature fluids, a sealing method, and a coupling including the seal structure. The seal structure includes an annular gasket interposed between a first member and a second member. The first member is provided on its surface facing the gasket with: a first surface located on the inner diameter side; a first annular protrusion located on the outer diameter side of the first surface; a second surface located on the outer diameter side of the first protrusion; a second annular protrusion located on the outer diameter side of the second surface and having a greater protruding amount with respect to the second surface than that of the first protrusion; and a third surface located on the outer diameter side of the second protrusion.

Seal structure, sealing method, and coupling equipped with said seal structure

Provided is a small-sized controller capable of precisely controlling a flow rate of a high-pressure fluid. Between a working shaft of a drive device and a valve stem, a power transmission device is disposed to amplify a force acting on the working shaft and transmit the resultant force to the valve stem. A diaphragm as a valve element is made of metal and is deformable to: a state where a fluid passage is fully closed; a state where the fluid passage is fully open; or a state where the fluid passage is partially open. When the fluid passage is partially open, on the basis of the flow rate of a fluid flowing through fluid passages, the drive device finely adjusts the position of the working shaft such that the flow rate is constant.

Controller

Provided is a flow rate control apparatus capable of being used continuously when the apparatus is used in equipment that operates continuously, and a flow rate control method for the flow rate control apparatus. A flow rate of a fluid is controlled via any one of control valves disposed in branch passages, respectively. When replacement of the one control valve is determined to be necessary on the basis of a signal outputted from a monitoring portion of the one control valve, the one control valve performing flow rate control is closed, and another control valve disposed in another one of the branch passages, is opened, to perform flow rate control with a flow rate equivalent to that before the replacement. Furthermore, on-off valves disposed at upstream and downstream sides of the closed control valve are closed.
