A motor driving device for driving a motor is provided. The motor driving device includes: a driver outputting a drive signal for driving the motor to the motor; and a controller controlling a duty ratio of the drive signal based on three control parameters which are an initial duty ratio, a duty ratio increasing speed, and a target duty ratio. The controller has a normal control mode in which each of the three control parameters is a predetermined value, and a cryogenic control mode in which at least one of the three control parameters is a smaller value than in the normal control mode.

Motor driving device and electric oil pump device

A motor includes: a housing that accommodates a stator that has a field coil and a rotor; an inverter that is provided in the housing; a voltage boosting circuit that has a reactor provided in the housing; and a coolant flow path that is provided at a position at which the coolant flow path overlaps with the inverter and the voltage boosting circuit in the housing in a diameter direction, and the inverter has a control board that controls a drive current or a drive voltage and a drive element that is provided on the side of the housing with respect to the control board and supplies power to the field coil in accordance with control from the control board.

A motor control device includes: a voltage boosting circuit that boosts a power source voltage supplied from an outside; a condenser that smooths a voltage output by the voltage boosting circuit; an inverter circuit that generates a drive voltage of a motor by switching a voltage output by the voltage boosting circuit and smoothed by the condenser; and a control part that causes the voltage boosting circuit to bypass and causes the power source voltage to be supplied to the inverter circuit, and a distance between the voltage boosting circuit and the inverter circuit is a distance with which a parasitic inductance is equal to or less than a predetermined value.

Motor control device

An electric actuator includes: a motor part, having a motor shaft that extends in an axial direction and is rotated in both directions; a deceleration mechanism, connected to the motor shaft; a circuit board, electrically connected to the motor part; an output part, having an output shaft to which rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted through the deceleration mechanism; a sensor magnet, attached to the motor shaft; and a motor part sensor, detecting a magnetic field of the sensor magnet and detecting rotation of the motor shaft. The motor part has a rotor magnet that is fixed to the motor shaft. The rotor magnet and the sensor magnet each have multiple magnetic poles in a circumferential direction around the motor shaft. The magnetic poles of the rotor magnet and the magnetic poles of the sensor magnet are disposed to be shifted from each other in the circumferential direction.

Electric actuator and actuator device

There is provided an electric actuator in which a speed reduction mechanism and an output portion are disposed adjacent to each other in a radial direction in an opening portion of a housing main body, a cover member has a speed reduction mechanism cover which faces and surrounds the speed reduction mechanism, an output portion cover which faces and surrounds the output portion, and a constricted portion which connects the speed reduction mechanism cover and the output portion cover, the cover member is fixed to the housing main body by a plurality of caulking portions provided on a side wall portion, and, between two adjacent caulking portions interposing the constricted portion therebetween, one of the two caulking portions of the speed reduction mechanism cover is fixed toward a central axis of the speed reduction mechanism, and the other is fixed toward a central axis of the output portion.

Electric actuator

There is provided an electric actuator including a motor part, a deceleration mechanism, an output part, and a housing. The housing has a housing main body and a lid member. An output shaft is positioned at a first corner of the housing. The lid member and the housing main body are fastened by bolts. The bolts include corner bolts positioned at respective corners of the housing other than the first corner and an intermediate position bolt positioned at the intermediate between the first corner and a second corner adjacent to the first corner. In a plane view, the intermediate position bolt is positioned on the side of the planar center with respect to an edge connecting the first corner and the second corner and on the side of an outer edge with respect to an imaginary line connecting the center of the output shaft and the second corner.

A control unit calculates necessary power necessary to drive a motor in accordance with a torque designation value and a rotational speed of a motor, sets a voltage value to a predetermined voltage value, changes a current value in accordance with the necessary power, and drive the motor in a case in which the calculated necessary power is less than a predetermined threshold value, and sets the current value to a predetermined current value, changes the voltage value in accordance with the necessary power, and drives the motor in a case in which the calculated necessary power is equal to or greater than the predetermined threshold value.

There is provided a breather structure of an actuator in which the breather structure is provided in a housing of the actuator, the breather structure including: a recessed groove positioned on an outer surface of the housing; a breathing hole which is positioned on a bottom surface of the recessed groove and passes through the housing in a first direction; a filter fixed to an inside of the housing so that the filter closes an opening of the breathing hole; a lid body which partially covers a region of the recessed groove including the breathing hole from an outside of the housing when viewed from the first direction; a breather opening portion positioned at a portion of the recessed groove exposed from the lid body; and a protrusion portion which protrudes from the bottom surface of the recessed groove to a side of the lid body.

Breather structure of actuator

A drive unit for an electric vehicle is comprised of a motor, an inverter which supplies alternating current electric power to the motor, a speed reducer which is connected to the motor, and a cooling system which cools the motor, the inverter and the speed reducer. The speed reducer reduces a revolution speed of a mechanical output of the motor. The cooling system comprises a heat exchanger at which first refrigerant for receiving heat of at least one of the motor and the inverter receives heat of second refrigerant for receiving heat of at least one of the motor and the speed reducer.

Drive unit for electric vehicle

A drive apparatus basically comprises left and right drive units each including at least a reduction gear, an electric motor without a permanent magnet, and a brake disc. Each of the left and right drive units is housed substantially within a rim of each of rear wheels which are driven wheels. A 4WD control unit is configured to control a pair of inverters to separately drive the electric motors when a vehicle speed is in a range between a standing start speed and a prescribed vehicle speed, and to stop driving the electric motors when the vehicle speed is equal to or greater than the prescribed vehicle speed to place the rear wheels in a driven state. Accordingly, a friction loss due to a cogging torque encountered in a conventional permanent magnet-type motor is eliminated, and a lightweight drive apparatus is obtained. Fuel efficiently is accordingly improved.

Drive apparatus for vehicle

An integrated drive motor unit which is integrally constituted of a motor, an inverter and a reducer differential unit arranged in a row, and a frame member. The reducer differential unit is connected to an output shaft of the motor, and distributes torque of the motor to a pair of axles, one of which passes through the inverter. The frame member constitutes a part of the motor and a part of the reducer differential unit, and has a portion surrounding the axle passing through the inverter. The inverter is disposed outside the frame member.

Integrated drive motor/differential/inverter unit with improved housing for a vehicle

An SR motor includes a stator having a plurality of salient poles and a rotor having another plurality of salient poles. Windings are wound around the plurality of salient poles and magnetic fields are generated in the plurality of salient poles. The number of salient poles of the rotor is determined depending upon a number of the salient poles of the stator. A supply mode for supplying power from a power supply to the windings, a reflux mode for setting both terminals of the windings to an identical potential, and a regenerative mode for recovering an electromotive force generated in the windings into the power supply are executed as the rotor rotates. The reflux mode and the regenerative mode are preferably repeated in a period during which the inductance of the windings is reduced as the rotor rotates.

SR motor controlling method and SR motor having low peak of current flowing therein

A disclosed auxiliary brake apparatus of a hybrid automobile includes a braking detector for detecting an operation of braking the hybrid automobile, an auxiliary brake electric motor capable of braking the hybrid automobile, and an auxiliary brake controller capable of controlling the auxiliary brake electric motor. The auxiliary brake controller controls the auxiliary brake electric motor to generate a counter torque in the auxiliary brake electric motor to thereby brake the hybrid automobile in accordance with the operation of braking the hybrid automobile detected by the braking detector when the controller determines that a failure occurs to the electric powered brake of the hybrid automobile.
