According to an aspect, a detection device includes: a substrate; a plurality of transistors provided on the substrate; a plurality of scan lines that extend in a first direction; a plurality of signal lines that extend in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a plurality of photodiodes that are provided in an area surrounded by the scan lines and the signal lines and each include a p-type semiconductor layer, an i-type semiconductor layer, and an n-type semiconductor layer; and a shield wiring line that extends in the first direction and overlaps a corresponding one of the scan lines. The shield wiring line is electrically coupled to, among the signal lines, a power supply signal line configured to supply a power supply potential to the transistors.

Detection device

A display device includes: a pixel, a scanning line, a signal line, and a drive circuit. The drive circuit includes: a gate driver configured to supply a scanning signal to a scanning line; a signal line selection circuit configured to supply a pixel signal to a signal line; and a display control circuit. The drive circuit includes: a first switch circuit configured to be turned on at first time in a power-off sequence to supply a first power supply voltage signal to the scanning line; a second switch circuit configured to be turned on at the first time to supply a GND potential to the signal line; and a reset circuit configured to maintain an ON state of the first and second switch circuits after control on the gate driver and the signal line selection circuit is stopped at second time after the first time.

Display device with drive circuit

According to an aspect, a detection device includes a substrate and a plurality of photodiodes arranged on the substrate. Each of the photodiodes comprises a p-type semiconductor layer, an i-type semiconductor layer, and an n-type semiconductor layer stacked on the substrate. Each of the photodiodes includes a plurality of first regions in each of which the p-type semiconductor layer, the i-type semiconductor layer, and the n-type semiconductor layer are stacked so as to be directly in contact with one another, and a second region in which at least the p-type semiconductor layer and the i-type semiconductor layer are stacked so as to be separate from each other. Adjacent first regions included in the plurality of first regions are coupled together by at least the p-type semiconductor layer.

Detection device, display device, and illumination device with detection function

A display device includes a substrate having a display region in which a plurality of pixels are arrayed in a first direction and a second direction different from the first direction, a plurality of scanning lines coupled to the pixels arrayed in the first direction, a plurality of signal lines coupled to the pixels arrayed in the second direction, a gate driver configured to supply a scanning signal to the scanning lines in a selection period of the scanning lines, a signal line selection circuit configured to supply a pixel signal to the signal lines in a selection period of the signal lines, and a driver IC.

Display device

According to an aspect, a display device includes a pixel, a scanning line, a signal line, and a drive circuit. The drive circuit includes a gate driver, a signal line selection circuit, and a display control circuit. Holding capacitance is provided between a pixel electrode and a common electrode supplied with a common potential lower than a GND potential in a display operation. The display control circuit is configured to, at first time in a power-off sequence, supply a first power supply voltage signal to the scanning line, supply the common potential to the common electrode, and supply the GND potential to the signal line. The display control circuit is configured to supply the GND potential to the scanning line at second time after the first time. The display control circuit is configured to supply the GND potential to the common electrode at third time after the second time.

A display device includes a substrate having a display region in which a plurality of pixels are arrayed in a first direction and a second direction different from the first direction, a plurality of scanning lines coupled to the pixels arrayed in the first direction, a plurality of signal lines coupled to the pixels arrayed in the second direction, a gate driver configured to supply a scanning signal to the scanning lines, and a signal line selection circuit configured to supply a pixel signal to the signal lines.

A detection device includes a plurality of detection elements arranged in a matrix having a row-column configuration in a detection area, a plurality of scan lines each coupled to the detection elements arranged in a first direction, a drive circuit configured to drive the scan lines, a plurality of output signal lines each coupled to the detection elements arranged in a second direction different from the first direction, and a detection circuit configured to be supplied with detection signals from the detection elements through the output signal lines.

Detection device and display device

A display device includes a display region having a plurality of pixels, a driver IC provided in a frame region on an outer side of the display region and configured to drive the pixels, a first power source wiring line and a second power source wiring line each electrically coupled to the driver IC, and a first electrode that is arranged so as to face the first power source wiring line and the second power source wiring line via a first insulating layer, and is electrically coupled to the first power source wiring line.

A detection device includes: a substrate; photoelectric conversion elements provided to the substrate; transistors; and signal lines each of which is between adjacent photoelectric conversion elements. Each detection element includes one of the photoelectric conversion element and the transistors adjacent to the photoelectric conversion element. A first signal line among the signal lines is between the photoelectric conversion element of a first detection element and the photoelectric conversion element of a second detection element adjacent to one side of the first detection element and is coupled to the first detection element and the second detection element. A second signal line among the signal lines is between the photoelectric conversion element of the first detection element and the photoelectric conversion element of a third detection element adjacent to another side of the first detection element and is coupled to the first detection element and the third detection element.

A display device includes a pixel, a scanning line, a signal line, and a drive circuit configured to be supplied with a first power supply voltage signal of a positive value and a second power supply voltage signal of a negative value. The drive circuit includes: a gate driver configured to supply a scanning signal to the scanning line; a signal line selection circuit configured to supply a pixel signal to the signal line; and a display control circuit. The display control circuit is configured to, at first time in a power-off sequence, supply the first power supply voltage signal to the scanning line, supply a GND potential to the common electrode, and supply an adjustment potential of a positive value to the signal line. The display control circuit is configured to supply the GND potential to the scanning line at second time after the first time.

A display device with touch detection function includes a display unit having a first and a second data lines, a first region outside the display unit, a second region on an opposite side of the first region sandwiching the display unit with the first region, a sensor unit including a sensor electrode, a first data signal supply line connected to the first data line and arranged in the first region, a second data signal supply line connected to the second data line and arranged in the second region, a dummy wiring arranged in the first region and not connected to the sensor electrode, and a sensor wiring arranged in the second region and connected to the sensor electrode. A line length of the dummy wiring in the first region is substantially same as a line length of the sensor wiring in the second region.

Display device with touch detection function

A detection device includes a sensor area in which a plurality of detection elements each comprising a photoelectric conversion element are arranged in a detection region, a drive circuit configured to supply a plurality of drive signals to the detection elements, and a detection circuit configured to process a detection signal output from each of the detection elements.

A display device with is touch detection function is provided and includes display area where electrodes are arranged in matrix having first and second directions crossing above substrate; common electrodes provided so as to face pixel electrodes; pixel signal lines each coupled to pixel electrodes, extending in first direction; control device for performing image display control and including drive signal generator and source driver; single first wire to which both display drive voltage and touch drive signal are supplied from drive signal generator, and selection switches for selecting common electrodes, wherein the drive signal generator includes first and second voltage generators for generating first and second voltages, and switching circuit for switching between first and second voltages, and wherein selection switches each coupled to single first wire via first coupling conductor and coupled to common electrode via second coupling conductor are arranged in frame area along single first wire, and are overlapped by single first wire that is supplied with display drive voltage from drive signal generator and that is supplied with touch drive signal from drive signal generator.
