A cart includes a carriage, a right front wheel, a left front wheel, a right rear wheel and a left rear wheel, and a suspension mechanism. The suspension mechanism includes a steering shaft, a link member, a tie rod, a holding member, and a buffer member. When the cart is viewed from behind, a lower space is defined under the carriage. The lower space has a width of ⅓ or more of a distance between a left side surface of the right front wheel and a right side surface of the left front wheel between the right front wheel and the left, front wheel. The lower space between the right rear wheel and the left rear wheel has the width of ⅓ or more of the distance between a left side surface of the right rear wheel and a right side surface of the left rear wheel.

Cart

A cart may include: a carriage; a wheel supported by the carriage and touching ground; a holding member rotatably supported by the carriage about a steering axis and rotatably supporting the wheel about a rotation axis; a steering handle to be gripped by a user; an input sensor configured to detect an operation on the steering handle by the user; a steering motor configured to be actuated in response to the operation by the user detected by the input sensor; and a transmission mechanism connecting the steering motor and the holding member and configured to rotate the holding member about the steering axis in response to actuation of the steering motor. The steering handle and the transmission mechanism may be mechanically separated, and the transmission mechanism may include a torque limiter interposed between the steering motor and the holding member.

A rebar tying robot configured to tie a plurality of first rebars and a plurality of second rebars intersecting the plurality of first rebars at points where the plurality of first rebars and the plurality of second rebars intersect. The rebar tying robot may include a rebar tying machine, a conveying unit configured to convey the rebar tying machine, and a control unit configured to control an operation of the conveying unit. The conveying unit may include a crawler configured to move on the plurality of first rebars and the plurality of second rebars.

A rebar tying tool may include a holder, a stopper, a driving roller, and a driven roller. The stopper may be configured to switch between a prohibiting state in which the stopper prohibits a reel from detaching from the holder and an allowing state in which the stopper allows the reel to detach from the holder. The driving roller may be configured to rotate. The driven roller may be configured to switch between a clamped state and a non-clamped state, the wire may be clamped between the driving roller and the driven roller when the driven roller is in the clamped state, and the wire may not be clamped between the driving roller and the driven roller when the driven roller is in the non-clamped state. The driven roller may be in the non-clamped state at all times while the stopper is in the allowing state.

Rebar tying tool

The disclosure herein discloses a rebar tying tool that ties plural rebars using a wire. The rebar tying tool includes a housing and a twisting motor, and may include a twisting mechanism that twists the wire around the plural rebars by the twisting motor. The twisting mechanism may include a screw shaft, a gripping member that grips the wire in cooperation with rotation of the screw shaft, a first reduction mechanism that reduces and transmits rotation of the twisting motor to a relay shaft, and a second reduction mechanism that reduces and transmits rotation of the relay shaft to the screw shaft. The first reduction mechanism may be a coaxial reduction mechanism, and the second reduction mechanism may be a parallel-axis reduction mechanism.

A tying machine disclosed herein includes a feed mechanism. The feed mechanism includes a feed roller that feeds a tying string; a feed motor that rotates the feed roller; a cover disposed between the feed roller and the feed motor, and including a through hole; and a suppression member that suppresses movement of dust from a feed roller side to a feed motor side via the through hole. Another tying machine disclosed herein includes a reel on which a tying string is wound; a brake member that engages with the reel to brake the reel; and an actuator that drives the brake member. The brake member is interposed between the reel and the actuator. Yet another tying machine disclosed herein includes a housing; a reel on which a tying string is wound; a magnet that rotates integrally with the reel; and a magnetic sensor attached to the housing.

Tying machine

A rebar tying machine configured to tie rebars with a wire is disclosed. The rebar tying machine may include a housing. The hosing may include a communication portion that allows iron powder to move therethrough from outside to inside of the housing. The rebar tying machine may include a collecting magnet configured to collect the iron powder.

A rebar tying tool may include a controller configured to selectively execute one of a plurality of control modes including a single-action control mode and a repetitive-action control mode. While the controller executes the single-action control mode, a tying mechanism may perform a tying operation in response to an activation of a manipulation member by a user. While the controller executes the repetitive-action control mode, the tying mechanism may perform the tying operation in response to a detection of the at least one of rebars by a detection mechanism.

A rebar tying tool configured to tie plural rebars using a wire is disclosed herein. The rebar tying tool may include a reel supporting mechanism configured to switch between a first state of detachably supporting a reel on which the wire is wound and a second state of undetachably supporting the reel; a wire feeding mechanism configured to feed the wire from the reel; and an openable cover that at least partially covers at least one of the reel supporting mechanism and the wire feeding mechanism. The reel supporting mechanism may switch from the first state to the second state by a user operation of closing the cover, and/or may switch from the second state to the first state by a user operation of opening the cover.

Reinforcement binding machine

A driving tool includes a first cylinder that generates compressed air by reciprocating movement of a first piston slidably disposed therein. A longitudinal direction of the first cylinder intersects a longitudinal direction of a second cylinder and extends alongside a magazine that feeds fasteners onto an axis of movement of a driving part of a second piston. The first piston reciprocally slides in a direction that extends alongside the magazine. A tool handle is disposed on the side of the first cylinder that is opposite from the magazine in the direction of the axis of movement.

Driver tool

A driving tool includes a first piston slidably disposed within a cylinder chamber and having an elongated driving part configured to drive a struck material. A second piston is configured to generate compressed air within the combustion chamber. A compressed air supply passage enables communication between the compression chamber and the cylinder chamber. A valve member opens and closes the compressed air supply passage. A relay member mechanically connects an electric motor with the valve member. The valve member opens and closes the compressed air supply passage via the relay member.

A power tool has a continuously variable transmission, a condition detection device, and an operation control device. The continuously variable transmission changes a velocity of a rotational output from a drive motor and outputs the rotational output to a spindle to which a tip end tool is mounted. The condition detection device detects a condition of the power tool. The operation control device determines a target RPM of the spindle based on the condition of the power tool detected by the condition detection device, and controls an RPM of the drive motor and/or a transmission gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission based on the target RPM.
