A lock-releasing mechanism for a magnetic record/playback apparatus wherein one plunger is used for changeover of an auto-reverse mechanism and lock-release of FF- and/or REW-operating rod for an automatic music sensor. The lock-releasing mechanism includes a stopper interlocked with the FF- and/or REW-operating rod so as to restrict the pulling stroke of the plunger when the FF- and/or REW-operating rod is locked.

Lock-releasing mechanism for magnetic record/playback apparatus

A magnetic record/playback apparatus has a head plate and a control plate which are disposed on a tape deck slidably movable in forward and rearward directions. A head is fixed on the head plate and a changeover mechanism for putting a tape driving system selectively into a cue scanning mode is engaged by motion of the control plate. The head plate is formed with an elongated slot extending in the displacement direction of the plates and the control plate is provided with a pin slidable within the elongated slot. The control plate is engaged by a scanning mode operating rod for displacing the control plate forwardly to put the system into normal play or scanning mode and rearwardly.

Magnetic record/playback apparatus

A tape pack ejecting mechanism wherein a tape pack is loaded and unloaded into and from a pack receiving structure pivotally connected at one end portion thereof to a chassis so as to allow pivotal movement thereof, locking of the pack receiving structure in a tilted position is released by loading of the tape pack, bringing the tape pack into a horizontal playback position, and the pack receiving structure is again tilted through rotation of an engaging member upon depressing of an eject lever to eject the tape pack, which mechanism is characterized by a guide provided at one side portion of the pack receiving structure for guiding the loading and unloading of the tape pack; and eject operating member with a tension spring attached thereto which is slidably provided on the guide; said eject operating member having a hanging portion engageable with a rear end of the tape pack and a projection engageable with a lock portion formed on the engaging member; said tension spring being biased to urge when the tape pack is loaded into a playback mode; said engaging member being reset by the rebounding force of the urged spring to eject the tape pack through the operation of the engaging member rotated upon eject operation by the eject lever.

Tape pack ejecting mechanism for tape player

In a cartridge type magnetic type recorder of the type wherein an operating frame and a cartridge receiving frame are pivotally interconnected, the receiving frame is moved to the reproducing position in a direction perpendicular to the direction of loading of the cartridge so as to couple the cartridge with a driving motor and reproducing or recording head, there are provided a pin for one side of the operating frame, a cartridge ejecting lever having a cam, and a sliding frame having a cam slot. The pin cooperates with the cam and cam slot for ejecting the cartridge.

Cartridge type magnetic tape recorders

A tape recorder in which the middle part of a locking lever which engages and disengages with the engaging part of a slide piece provided on the recorder frame and the end of a suspending piece are loosely pivoted to the moving frame of which one end is pivotally attached to the deck of the recorder frame, a projection which engages with one end of said suspending piece as well as with the engaging portion formed on the moving frame is provided at the end of said locking lever, a toggle spring is hooked between said suspending piece and moving frame thereby forming a guide portion, and wherein a cassette is inserted with its reproduce side or longer side inward requiring only a short stroke to automatically assume a reproducing or recording condition, and allowing easy removal of the cassette.
