An optical scanning device includes an optical deflector, a driving unit, and a detection unit. The optical deflector has a mirror part and an H actuator. The driving unit supplies both of a first driving voltage and a second driving voltage to a first set of piezoelectric divided sections and a second set of piezoelectric divided sections of the H actuator during a first driving period, and supplies the driving voltage only to one set out of the first set and the second set of piezoelectric divided sections during a second driving period. The detection unit detects a deflection angle γ based on the output voltage of the other set of piezoelectric divided sections during the second driving period.

The printing data input to the data memory circuit is required to consist of character data corresponding to contents of the plurality of lines, followed by line spacing data for each line, followed by data indicating the number of tags.

A pneumatic tire includes a belt layer, a tread arranged radially outwardly of the belt layer, and reinforcing layers arranged between the tread and the belt layer at both ends of its width directions, respectively. The belt-like member is spirally wound about the both ends of the belt layer from inside to outside of a width direction of the belt layer. A system of manufacturing a high-lug tire, wherein a portion of the tread of an unvulcanized tire is cut off to form quasi pattern grooves in substantially complementary relation to the shaping surface of a vulcanizing mold. Thereafter the unvulcanized tire is vulcanized in vulcanizing mold with the quasi pattern grooves matching the shaping surface of the vulcanizing mold. This reduces any flow of rubber during vulcanization of the tire.

In a memory arrangement responsive to a first address signal and comprising a buffer memory for storing a plurality of information groups, each comprising a preselected number of information blocks, and an address array for storing a plurality of second address signals each of which specifies each information block to produce the second address signals equal in number to the preselected number, the first address signal comprises a plurality of fields one of which is a specific field representative of either of first and second operation modes in which the arrangement is operable as cache and local memories, respectively. When the specific field indicates the first mode, the preselected number of the second address signals is compared by a set of comparators with the corresponding fields of the first address signal without masking to derive one of the information blocks of the information group specified by one of the fields. When the specific field indicates the second mode, the comparison is carried out with the first and the second address signals partially masked by a masking circuit.
