An extracting apparatus includes: a first phase transition section that causes a phase transition of an extraction solvent from a gas to a liquid; a second phase transition section that causes a phase transition of the extraction solvent from a liquid to a gas; a treatment tank that stores a treated material, and receives an inflow of the extraction solvent that has been liquefied in the first phase transition section; a first valve that is provided between the second phase transition section and the treatment tank; and a second valve that is provided between the first phase transition section and the treatment tank. The second phase transition section is connected with a recovery valve.

Extracting apparatus, and extracting-unit manufacturing method

Provided is an extraction method for extracting an extract from a mixture using liquefied gas that can dissolve the extract, the method facilitating extraction operations and enabling low cost operation. An extraction device that extracts a component dissolved in liquefied gas from material to be treated using continuous phase changes in the liquefied gas is characterized by being provided with: a compressor that feeds gas under pressure; a heat exchanger for generating liquefied gas by the gas flowing in a high temperature side flow path; a treatment tank into which the material to be treated is loaded and the liquefied gas flows; and a retention tank provided in series or in parallel to the flow path downstream of the high temperature side flow path in the heat exchanger.

Extraction device and method for same

A solid-liquid separating method and system for separating a processing object into solid and liquid, is simplified by using fewer devices. A solid-liquid separating system includes a processing tank that houses a processing object, a first and a second heat exchanger, a material A supplying means, a collecting tank, a closed system including the first and second heat exchangers, a compressor, and an expansion valve, and a material B that circulates while a state is changed in this system. A material A that is gaseous at normal temperature and normal pressure, can dissolve oil when liquefied, and does not dissolve water is gasified in the first heat exchanger while being separated from the oil, is liquefied in the second heat exchanger, and the liquefied material A is supplied to the processing tank by the material A supplying means. The oil is collected in the tank from the first heat exchanger.

Solid-liquid separating system and solid-liquid separating method

A solid-liquid separation device performs dehydration or deoiling from a treated object using a substance A that is a gas at normal temperature and pressure and is capable of dissolving water and oil when liquefied. The separation device includes a substance B that circulates while generating phase change in a closed system, a compressor that compresses the substance B, a first heat exchanger that condenses substance B and evaporates of the substance A, an expansion valve that decompresses the condensed substance B, a second heat exchanger that evaporates substance B and condenses substance A, and a treatment tank wherein substance A is mixed with the treated object, substance A is evaporated while separated from the liquid in the first heat exchanger, and condensed in the second heat exchanger. The center of gravity of the first heat exchanger is lower than the second heat exchanger in a vertical direction.

Solid-liquid separation device

The solid-liquid separator that uses the substance A capable of dissolving water and oil, and performs dehydration and deoiling from an object to be treated by bringing a mixture of water and a solid, oil and a solid, or water, oil and a solid that is an object to be treated, and the substance A in a liquid state into contact with each other, and subsequently evaporating the substance A, includes a substance B that circulates while causing change of state in a closed system, a compressor that compresses the substance B, a first heat exchanger that exchanges condensation heat of the substance B and evaporation heat of the substance A, an expansion valve that decompresses the substance B which is condensed, and a second heat exchanger that exchanges evaporation heat of the substance B and condensation heat of the substance A.

Solid/liquid separation apparatus, and method for same

A solid-liquid separation device performs dehydration/deoiling from a mixture of water and/or oil and a solid. Substance A is capable of dissolving water and oil. The device includes substance B circulated while generating phase change in a closed system; a compressor; a first heat exchanger exchanging condensation heat of substance B and evaporation heat of substance A; a second heat exchanger exchanging evaporation heat of substance B and condensation heat of substance A; and a treatment tank for mixing substance A with an object to be treated; substance A having been evaporated while separated from the water or the oil in the first heat exchanger, and condensed in the second heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger is lower than the treatment tank in a vertical direction, and a connection port of the first heat exchanger and a lower portion of the treatment tank are connected with a flow path.

To provide a solid-liquid separation system in which a stable operation can be continuously conducted and the introduction cost and the running cost can be suppressed, in cases where moisture or oil are separated from a substance containing moisture or oil by using changes in phase of a working fluid having a nature of dissolving moisture or oil in a liquid phase. Provided is a solid-liquid separation system in which a working fluid that dissolves moisture or oil in a liquid phase is liquefied and brought into contact with a solid substance to thereby allow the working fluid to contain moisture or oil that has been contained in the solid substance, and then the working fluid is vaporized to precipitate the moisture or oil, characterized in that the solid-liquid separation system is provided with a fluid circuit in which a high-temperature-side heat exchanger that vaporizes the working fluid by a refrigerant, a low-temperature-side heat exchanger that liquefies the working fluid by the refrigerant are connected to circulate the working fluid, and a refrigerating cycle in which a compressor, a condenser that exchanges heat with a heat source other than the working fluid, the high-temperature-side heat exchanger, an expansion mechanism, and the low-temperature-side heat exchanger are sequentially connected to circulate the refrigerant, and that the solid-liquid separation system includes a recovery operation mode in which the working fluid in a filling tank is vaporized, besides the solid-liquid separation. For performing the recovery operation mode, a second expansion mechanism is provided between the condenser and the high-temperature-side heat exchanger. The system is also characterized in that the fluid circuit is provided with a heating unit that does not use the refrigerant as a heat source.

Solid-liquid separation system

A magnetic brake unit includes an operation unit, a rotating plate placed below the operation unit and coaxially rotating with the operation unit in conjunction with an operation of the operation unit, and an electromagnetic brake that is placed to be in contact with the rotating plate and can magnetically adsorb the rotating plate, in which the rotating plate includes an adsorbed surface in contact with the electromagnetic brake, the electromagnetic brake includes an adsorbing surface in contact with the rotating plate, the electromagnetic brake applies a braking force against a pivoting to the rotating plate when the electromagnetic brake magnetically adsorbs the rotating plate, the rotating plate is pivotable in a state of being in contact with the electromagnetic brake when the electromagnetic brake does not magnetically adsorb the rotating plate, and a polymer material section is formed at least one of the adsorbed surface and the adsorbing surface.

Electromagnetic brake unit

A rear operation body is attached on a rear portion of a front case via a pair of front supporting plate springs. A front operation body is provided in the front case so as to abut on the front case, and the front operation body and the rear operation body are connected via a penetration portion. A rear case is provided in a rearward of the front case, and a rear supporting plate spring is provided in the rear case. A flexible print substrate is superimposed in a frontward of the rear supporting plate spring and a plurality of detection members are mounted on the flexible print substrate. When an operation surface of the front operation body has been pressed, the front supporting plate springs are deformed. Thereby, the rear operation body is moved such that any of the plurality of the detection member is operated.

Input device

A rear operation body is attached on a rear portion of a front case via a pair of front supporting plate springs. A front operation body is provided in a frontward of the front case and the front operation body and the rear operation body are connected via a penetration portion. A rear case is provided in a rearward of the front case, and a rear supporting plate spring is provided in the rear case. A flexible print substrate is provided in a frontward thereof and a plurality of detection members are mounted on the flexible print substrate. When an operation surface of the front operation body is pressed, the front supporting plate springs are deformed. Thereby, the rear operation body is moved such that any of the plurality of detection members is operated.

A yoke core of an electromagnetic brake system includes a rotation shaft hole portion through which a rotation shaft is penetrated, and additionally includes an inner yoke portion and an outer yoke portion which are arranged on both inner and outer sides, by pinching a concave groove. A coil is accommodated in the concave groove and a magnetic flux is generated by applying electricity to attract an armature. The armature has a penetrating hole portion in the center, and a protruded shaft portion formed on the inner yoke portion is inserted to the penetrating hole portion. The rotation shaft has one side thereof rotatably supported by a support portion of a housing, and the other side thereof rotatably supported by the protruded shaft portion via the armature and a planetary gear mechanism. Accordingly, it is not necessary to provide bearings or the like.

Electromagnetic brake system and force sense imparting type rotation input apparatus using the same

In a rotation input device, a planetary carrier, connected to an operation knob, rotatably supports a planetary gear which meshes with an outer teeth row provided for a sun gear, to which an output shaft is secured, and also meshes with an inner teeth row provided for an outer gear. A plunger provided for the sun gear is in elastic contact with a recess cam provided for the outer gear. A solenoid unit prevents rotation of the outer gear in accordance with an output of a magnetic sensor which faces a magnet provided for the output shaft.

Rotation input device

In an engine system with a reformer being installed in an exhaust pipe to reform a fuel, a control valve for controlling a flow rate of exhaust gas is provided downstream from an installed position of the reformer in the exhaust pipe. In the engine system with the reformer, since a part of the exhaust gas can be trapped in a space between the reformer and an engine chamber by closing the control valve during an exhaust stroke, the reforming efficiency of the reformer can be heightened.

In a vehicle input device having a position detection portion configured to output a detection signal and a controller (control section) configured to receive the detection signal, the position detection portion operated by a driver is provided near an end side of the vehicle input device, and a contact operation surface on which the driver performs a contact operation is an end surface of an operation member of the position detection portion. Thus, the driver is capable of operating the vehicle input device with a finger while holding a steering wheel. In addition, by the controller determining the position of an operation of the driver on the basis of the detection signal from the position detection portion, it is made possible to detect various operations and various devices can be operated.

Disclosed is an engine system with a reformer, the engine system comprising a reformer and driving an engine using, as a fuel, a reformed fuel produced by reforming pre-reformed fuel with the reformer, in which the reformer is connected with both a pre-reformed fuel supply adjustment unit which adjusts the amount of the pre-reformed fuel supplied to the reformer and a reformed fuel supply adjustment unit which adjusts the amount of reformed fuel supplied to the engine, and the reformer is installed adjacent to the engine combustion chamber via the reformed fuel supply adjustment unit.
