A control system for a construction machine stops an upper swing structure at a desired swing stop angle. A main controller sets a swing stop target angle at which an upper swing structure is to be stopped. A swing stoppability determination section reads an angle signal of the upper swing structure with respect to an undercarriage and an angle of a work implement, and determines whether the swing of the upper swing structure can be stopped at the swing stop target angle. A work implement is controlled in such a manner that an extension action of the work implement in a swing radial direction is prohibited or a contraction action of the work implement in the swing radial direction is executed in response to a signal that indicates whether the swing can be stopped and that is determined by the swing stoppability determination section.

Control system for construction machine

Hybrid construction machinery has a power storage apparatus that can be warmed up quickly and has a lengthened life. The machinery includes an electric motor assisting a prime mover in power and generating electric power. The power storage apparatus transfers electric power to and from the electric motor. A warm-up circuit circulates a warming medium in the vicinity of the power storage apparatus, and a control device controls circulation of the warming medium. On-board equipment state detection units detect on-board equipment states to estimate an output request for the power storage apparatus from the on-board equipment. Circulation of the warming medium is controlled based on a temperature of the power storage apparatus and a determination temperature for determining whether to circulate the warming medium in the warm-up circuit. The control device further varies the determination temperature according to a result of detection by the on-board equipment state detection units.

Provided is a clutch control device for a work machine capable of controlling a fan to an appropriate rotational speed. In the clutch control device for the work machine, a controller includes a target fan rotational speed calculation module that calculates a target fan rotational speed for the fan, a clutch characteristic curve storage module that stores a plurality of clutch characteristic curves, a clutch command calculation module that outputs with reference to a clutch characteristic curve a first clutch control signal corresponding to the target fan rotational speed, a feedback control module that output a second clutch control signal based on the difference between the target fan rotational speed and an actual fan rotational speed, and an adder that adds the first clutch control signal and the second clutch control signal to output a third clutch control signal.

Clutch control device for work machine

A rotary fluid machine that reduces fluid leakage from a gear pump or gear motor and achieves improvement in responsiveness is provided. The present invention is configured such that force of pressing a side plate toward gears by a seal member provided between the side plate and a case and performing pressure compartment is partly strong, not uniform along the entire length of the seal member. Specifically, for example, a gear pump comprises an assembly including a pair of gears, a side plate sealing a side surface of the gears, and a seal block sealing tooth tips of the gears, a case housing the pump assembly, and a seal member being arranged between the side plate or the seal block and the case and along a notch portion formed in the side plate or the seal block. The seal member is wider at a portion in a position passing through a place with large pressure fluctuations than at other portions.

Rotary fluid machine

A gear pump includes a pair of gears that meshes with each other, two rotational shafts inserted into the respective gears that rotate together with gears, a pair of side plates arranged adjacent to both side surfaces of the gears, each having two through-holes forming bearings of the two shafts, a seal block that abuts against the pair of side plates and covers a part of the pair of gears, a pump assembly having the gears, the two shafts, the pair of side plates, and the seal block, and a case having a recess to accommodate the pump assembly. A line passing through an arc center of a cylindrical surface inscribed in the facing surface of the case, and parallel to the two shafts, forms a rotating axis. When the pump assembly rotates about the rotating axis, one of the of side plates contacts the inner wall of the case.

Gear pump

A vehicular air conditioning system for saving energy includes: a first indoor cooling heat exchanger for suctioning in and cooling the air within or outside a vehicle; an indoor air conditioning heat exchanger installed on the downstream cooling heat exchanger for regulating the temperature of the applicable air, a refrigeration cycle connected to the applicable indoor air conditioning heat exchanger, a heating element mounted in the vehicle, and a circuit for the machine coolant circulating between the applicable heating element and the applicable first indoor cooling heat exchanger, and in which the air flow path for air flowing into the indoor air conditioning heat exchanger is structured by merging a flow path passing through the first indoor cooling heat exchanger to a flow path not passing through the first indoor cooling heat exchanger, and is also configured to allow switching to either of the two flow paths.

Vehicular air conditioning system

A vehicular air-conditioning system includes: a vehicle interior air-conditioning apparatus which includes a device cooling circuit of a heat generating device mounted in a vehicle, and a refrigeration cycle circuit; and an intermediate heat exchanger for heat exchange between a device cooling medium of the device cooling circuit and an air-conditioning cooling medium of the refrigeration cycle circuit. A vehicle control apparatus is configured to determine a temperature of the cooling medium, and select a shorter control cycle timing of the vehicular air-conditioning system when the temperature of the cooling medium is greater than a predetermined temperature.

Vehicular air-conditioning system including a temperature-dependent control cycle

A temperature-adjustment system for a vehicle includes temperature-adjustment passages and obtained by circularly connecting a battery, an inverter, a DC/DC converter, a traveling motor, and a pump that circulates the heat medium that adjusts temperatures by cooling/heating the heat generation elements, are provided. The temperature-adjustment passages and are provided with proportional valves that interrupt the flow of the heat medium and adjust the flow volume of the heat medium, an air flow-in part that introduces air into the battery temperature-adjustment passage, and a heat medium discharge part that discharges the heat medium from the temperature-adjustment passage to outside of the vehicle. The proportional valve, air flow-in part, battery, pump, and heat medium discharge part are preferably arranged in that order, and the proportional valve is closed and an air take-in valve and a heat medium discharge valve are opened.

Vehicle device temperature adjustment system

A vehicular air conditioning system capable of suppressing the power consumption of a refrigerating cycle is disclosed. The vehicular air conditioning system comprises a refrigerating cycle circuit comprising a compressor, an outside heat exchanger and an inside air conditioning heat exchanger annularly connected in order, and a device cooling circuit comprising a heating unit, an inside cooling heat exchanger, an intermediate heat exchanger and a pump being annularly connected, the intermediate heat exchanger being constructed such that one end of a piping of the cooling medium for air conditioning is connected to a liquid piping, the liquid piping providing connection between the outside heat exchanger and the inside air conditioning heat exchanger, and an opposite end of the piping of the cooling medium for air conditioning is connected to a suction port of the compressor.

A cooling system of an electric vehicle includes a cooling medium circulation path that circulates a cooling medium to an electrically powered drive unit of a vehicle, a heat exchange unit between the cooling medium and external air, a cooling medium circulation unit, a blower unit that blows air against the heat exchange unit, and a control unit that controls the cooling medium circulation unit and the blower unit, thus controlling cooling of the electrically powered drive unit. The control unit controls the cooling medium circulation unit and the blower unit in a first cooling mode, when a drive force for the vehicle is in a first operational region, and controls in a second cooling mode that provides a higher cooling capability than the first cooling mode, when the drive force for the vehicle is in a second operational region that is higher than the first operational region.
