It is provided a bracket for anti-vibration device with improved durability. A bracket () includes a bracket main body () and a reinforcement member (). The reinforcement member () has an inner surface () buried in the main body (). The reinforcement member () has a defining edge surface () that defines this reinforcement member () as a surface. Bracket for anti-vibration device

A bracket () includes a bracket body () made of a synthetic resin and a reinforcement member () made of a fiber reinforced plastic. The bracket body () has a surrounding portion (). The reinforcement member () extends in a surrounding direction. A reinforcement member arrangement portion () of the surrounding portion () is formed of an outer circumference (), an inner circumference (), and a connecting portion (). The reinforcement member arrangement portion () is in the shape of a letter I in cross section in which the cross sectional width (W) of the connecting portion () is narrower than the cross sectional width (W) of the outer circumference () and the cross sectional width (W) of the inner circumference (). The reinforcement member () is arranged on the outer circumference ().

Provided is a bracket that has excellent durability while curbing an increase in weight. A bracket (A) that has an opening (A) is made of a resin and is a tubular bracket, which has a pair of column portions () and a pair of bridging portions (), in which the opening (A) is defined by the column portions () and the bridging portions (). A plate portion () is included in at least one of the column portions (), and in one of the bridging portions (), a width (W) of a bracket outer circumferential side outer surface () of the bridging portion () in an opening penetrating direction is maximum at an extending direction end () of the bridging portion () in a view in an extending direction of the column portions ().

Bracket

A bracket with an excellent reinforcing effect is provided. A bracket () with an opening (A) includes a body () and a reinforcement portion (). The body () is made of resin. The body () includes a pair of column portions () and a pair of connecting portions (). The body () includes a plate portion () on at least one of the column portions (). The plate portion () is provided with ribs (to) that extend from the side of the opening (A) to the bracket outer peripheral side and protrude in the opening penetration direction. The reinforcement portion () includes a reinforcement portion (). The reinforcement portion () forms an outer peripheral face (f) of the bracket (). The reinforcement portion () is arranged so as to overlap the ribs (to) when viewed in the opening penetration direction.

Provided are a bracket for an anti-vibration device, and a method for manufacturing the same, in which increase of weight and peeling of a reinforcing portion are suppressed. A bracket () has: a reinforcing portion () extending in a surrounding direction of the surrounding portion (), having ends () in both directions of the surrounding direction, and being fixed to an outer surface of the portion (); and ribs () formed on an outer circumference of the portion () so as to span the ends () of the reinforcing portion () in the surrounding direction of the portion (). The portion () and the ribs () are made of synthetic resin. A method for manufacturing the bracket () includes a step of injecting synthetic resin serving as the portion () and the ribs () into a mold cavity where a reinforcing member serving as the portion () is set.

Bracket for anti-vibration device and method for manufacturing bracket for anti-vibration device

A anti-vibration device () includes a bracket () made of a synthetic resin and cylindrical metal fittings for fastening (), where the bracket () and the metal fittings for fastening () are integrally formed. A vibration input position (P) is a position that does not coincide with a virtual line (L) passing through central axes (O) of a through holes () of two metal fittings for fastening () in a planar view; the metal fitting for fastening () has a flange portion (); and the flange portionhas a first outermost peripheral edge () and a second outermost peripheral edge (), where a length (L) to the first outermost peripheral edge () is longer than a length (L) to the second outermost peripheral edge () based on the center axis (O) of the through hole ().

Anti-vibration device

Provided is a susceptor capable of achieving improved thermal uniformity while suppressing reduction in its temperature increase rate and heat utilization efficiency. A susceptor includes a plate-shaped first member including a wafer placement surface on which to place a wafer, and a second member supporting the first member and laid on the first member in the direction perpendicular to the wafer placement surface. The thermal conductivity of the first member is higher than the thermal conductivity of the second member.
