Provided is a curable silicone composition for a release agent which can form a release film having a silicone adhesive with a low release force even when thin and which does not reduce the adhesive strength of the silicone adhesive to other substrates upon releasing the release film. A release film and laminate are also provided. The curable silicone composition comprises: (A) a fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane mixture obtained by mixing the following components (A1) and (A2) at a mass ratio of 1/99 to 45/55: (A1) a fluoro(poly)ether modified organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoro(poly)ether-containing organic group; (A2) a fluoroalkyl group-containing organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least three silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; and (D) an organic solvent.

The curable silicone composition comprises: (A) a fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane mixture obtained by mixing the following components (A1) and (A2) at a mass ratio of 1/99 to 99/1; (A1) a fluoro(poly)ether modified organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoro(poly)ether-containing organic group; (A2) a fluoroalkyl group-containing organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoroalkyl group represented by CF—CHCH—; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least three silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; and (D) an organic solvent.

An organosilicon compound having not more than 200 silicon atoms per molecule is provided. The organosilicon compound is represented by the following average compositional formula (I): YRSiOwherein Ris an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, alkenyl group having 2 to 12 carbon atoms, aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or a hydroxyl group; Y is a specific acylphosphinate residue; and subscripts a and b are numbers satisfying the following conditions: 0<a≤2, 0<b≤3, and a≤b. The organosilicon compound is compatible with organopolysiloxanes and is useful as a photo-initiator for various types of photo-curable compositions.

Organosilicon compound, method for producing thereof, and use thereof

Provided is a resin-linear organopolysiloxane block copolymer which has a high degree of freedom in formulation due to excellent compatibility with other materials, in addition to exhibiting excellent film forming properties and followability of a film, while the stickiness of a film is suppressed. The resin-linear organopolysiloxane block copolymer has: a resin structure (A1) block that has siloxane units represented by RSiO(wherein Rrepresents a monovalent organic group, a hydroxyl group, or an alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms) and SiO; and a linear structure (A2) block represented by (RSiO)(wherein n represents a number of 5 or more while R represents an alkyl group, a fluoroalkyl group, or an aryl group) in each molecule. The resin structure (A1) and the linear structure (A2) are linked to each other by an Si&#x2014;O&#x2014;Si bond, and an Si atom bonded to the resin structure (A1) constitutes an RSiOunit.

Resin-linear organopolysiloxane block copolymer, use of same, and method for producing same

A cosmetic composition and a topical composition containing a resin-linear organopolysiloxane block copolymer are provided, which are excellent in compatibility with other cosmetic raw materials, so as to have a high degree of freedom in formulation design, excellent film forming properties and film following properties, and suppressed tackiness of the film. Organic silicon compound, surface treatment agent containing same, resin composition containing same, and gel or cured product of same

The present invention relates to a curable silicone composition comprising: (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups and at least one aryl group in a molecule, (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in a molecule, (C) an organopolysiloxane having at least one aryl group in a molecule and containing a metal atom selected from the group consisting of V, Ta, Nb and Ce, and (D) a hydrosilylation-reaction catalyst. The present invention can provide the curable silicone composition, which does not develop a crack by thermal aging and further can form a cured material that exhibits less yellowing.

Polyorganosiloxane containing methacryloxy group or acryloxy group and method for producing the same

A substrate is surface treated using a composition for forming a film that comprises (A) an organoalkoxysilane, (B) an organopolysiloxane having a silicon-bonded hydrogen atom, and (C) a condensation reaction catalyst. This composition for forming a film can form a highly hydrophobic water repellent film provided with sufficient water shedding performance. It is possible to provide a highly hydrophobic substrate such as a heat dissipating body.

An objective of the present invention is to provide a lignocellulose material exhibiting superior dimensional stability and having a reduced water-absorbing property, as well as provide a lignocellulose hybrid material, a paper product or a wood product, with superior dimensional stability and a reduced water-absorbing property. In the present invention, a lignocellulose material is treated with a treatment agent for use in a lignocellulose material containing: (A) a polyvalent carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof; and (B) a silicon compound containing a functional group binding to a silicon atom, and thereby, a lignocellulose hybrid material is obtained. In addition, a paper product or a wood product is obtained by using the aforementioned lignocellulose hybrid material.

Treatment agent for use in lignocellulose material

The present invention provides a novel modified-polysiloxane, method for producing the same, and a cosmetic containing the same. The aforementioned modified-polysiloxane exhibits a reduced viscosity and superior operationability as compared with conventional polyoxyalkylene-modified polysiloxanes and polyglycerol-modified polysiloxanes. In addition, since the modified-polysiloxane is hardly oxidized in air, hardly produce allergenic compounds such as formates, and aldehydes such as formaldehyde, during storage over time, an increased environmental compatibility can be exhibited. In addition, the modified-polysiloxane of the present invention exhibits a reduced hydrolysis property and is stable. In the modified-polysiloxane of the present invention, the terminal hydroxyl groups of a polyglycerol-modified polysiloxane are partially blocked with hydrocarbon groups.

The present invention provides a cleanser which is excellent in both of the foaming property and the cleansing capability. The cleanser comprises an organosiloxane derivative salt represented by the following formula (1) or (3) and one or more anionic surfactants selected from a group consisting of carboxylate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, sulfate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, sulfonate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, and phosphate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms.

The present invention relates to an amino acid-modified organopolysiloxane emulsion obtainable by reacting (a) a carboxy-unprotected amino acid, and (b) organopolysiloxane having an epoxy group in the molecule in an aqueous medium in the presence of a surfactant, is incorporated in a cosmetic product. The present invention also relates to the simple and highly efficient production of emulsions of amino acid-modified polysiloxane, as well as the use of the emulsions as beautifying components.

This invention relates to a cosmetics characterized in that it contains a gelling agent comprising an organopolysiloxane having a silicon-bonded organic group represented by general formula: R&#x2014;X&#x2014;CO&#x2014;NH&#x2014;[X&#x2014;N(&#x2014;CO&#x2014;X&#x2014;R)]&#x2014;X&#x2014; (1) (wherein Rdesignates a group containing metal salt of a carboxylic acid represented by formula &#x2014;COO(M)(where M is a metal that has a valence of 1 or higher); X's designate the same or different Cto Cbivalent hydrocarbon groups; and p designates an integer from 0 to 10.). Preferably, the organosiloxane has an optionally substituted Cor more univalent hydrocarbon group. Adding the gelling agent makes it possible to provide a cosmetic possessing superior temporal stability, water retention properties, sensory feel, gloss, curl retention, and cleansing power.
