A refrigeration apparatus performs refrigeration by freezing circuitry using refrigerant. The refrigeration apparatus includes: an inner door that is provided with a thermal insulation material inside; a case section that includes a peripheral edge section facing a perimeter section of the inner door while the inner door is closed, and that is refrigerated inside by the refrigerant; a packing that is pressed between the perimeter section of the inner door and the peripheral edge section while the inner door is closed; a pipe that is placed along the peripheral edge section, and that circulates the refrigerant warmed by a compression effect of a compressor; and an outer door that covers the inner door while the inner door is closed.

A locking device includes a lever configured to sway around a rotation axis and including a restriction part restricting an operation of a handle, a hole, and an attaching portion where a moving member configured to move in accordance with an operation of an actuator is attached; and a pressure member disposed in the hole and configured to make a first back-and-forth movement in accordance with an unlocking operation of a key. The pressure member moves the restriction part from a position for restricting the operation of the handle to a position for allowing the operation of the handle by swaying the lever around the rotation axis by pressing a first portion which is a portion of the hole in a forward movement of the first back-and-forth movement, and moves away from the first portion without swaying the lever in a backward movement of the first back-and-forth movement.

This refrigeration device, which cools by means of a refrigeration cycle using a refrigerant, is provided with: a door; a box which has a peripheral edge that is opposite of the outer peripheral portion of the door when the door is in a closed state, and which is internally cooled by the refrigerant; and multiple pipes which are arranged along the surface of the peripheral edge and which circulate a refrigerant warmed by the compression action of a compressor.

The invention is provided with a housing which has an inner space open in a first direction, a partition body which divides the inlet of the inner space into a plurality of openings arranged next to each other in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a door which is provided to each of the openings and which closes the opening from the first direction side, a first vacuum heat insulating material which is disposed inside the partition body, and a second vacuum heat insulating material which is disposed inside the door. Provided is a negative pressure release port that can prevent freezing in a channel. This negative pressure release port comprises: a cylindrical member made of a pipe in which a fluid can pass through and a base; a heating element disposed on one end inside the pipe; a retaining member that retains the heating element; a rib that connects an inner wall face of the pipe and the retaining member; and a check valve that is provided inside the base provided more toward the other end than the heating element, that allows air passing through the interior of the base to flow from the other end to the one end, and prevents flow from the one end to the other end.

Disclosed is an ultra-low temperature freezer comprising a seal. The seal member has: hollow first and second air layer forming portions which are aligned in a row in a second direction between a first and second peripheral edges when a door is closed; and a first connection portion which is connected between the first and second air layer forming portions so as to form an air layer. The first connection portion has a shape that would overlap part of the first and second air layer forming portions if moved in parallel to the second direction. The outer peripheral surface of the first connection portion and the outer peripheral surfaces of the first and second air layer forming portions form first and second recessed portions extending in a first direction.

Ultra-low temperature freezer

A handle is provided with a main unit base having an engaging pin, a door base having a rotating shaft, a knob portion, and a rotation stopper. The knob portion has an engaging groove. The engaging groove has an open end. At the door-locking position, the engaging groove and the engaging pin become engaged with each other, and at the door-unlocking position, the engagement is released. When the knob portion is located at the door-unlocking position, the rotation stopper positions the knob portion such that the engaging pin is located inside an extension range of the open end. The engaging groove has a pushing surface, which pushes the engaging pin at the time of the displacement of the knob portion.

A metal material comprises a Zn&#x2014;Al&#x2014;Sn based alloy (ZAS alloy) and Cu diffused in the alloy, wherein Cu is diffused into the inside of the alloy to a depth from the surface of 0.5 mm or more, the concentration of Cu decreases from the surface of the ZAS alloy towards the inside thereof, and there is present no specific interface between Cu and the ZAS alloy; and a method for producing the metal material involves applying, to the surface of the ZAS alloy, an agent comprising a solvent and, dispersed therein, a material containing Cu such as a Cu powder and a Cu&#x2014;Mn alloy powder and preferably, dispersed or dissolved therein, a reducing agent capable of reducing an oxide film present on the surface of the ZAS alloy, and heating the ZAS alloy having the agent applied thereon, to thereby diffuse Cu into the alloy.
