A multilayer body having one or more types of base material films; and a polyolefin-based resin sealant film made from a polyolefin-based resin composition containing a propylene-α-olefin random copolymer, wherein 1) the base material films have orientation angles, a sum of absolute values of which is 25° to 85°, 2) the sealant film has a piercing strength of 5.0 to 15.0 N, and 3) the sealant film has an orientation coefficient ΔNx, in a longitudinal direction, of 0.0150 to 0.0230.

The invention provides a polyolefin-based resin film including a polyolefin-based resin composition that comprises a propylene-α olefin random copolymer, an ethylene-butene copolymeric elastomer, and a propylene-butene copolymeric elastomer, wherein (1) the polyolefin-based resin composition contains 2 to 9 parts by weight of the ethylene-butene copolymeric elastomer and 2 to 9 parts by weight of the propylene-butene copolymeric elastomer based on 100 parts by weight of the propylene-α olefin random copolymer; (2) the polyolefin-based resin film exhibits a thermal shrinkage rate after heating at 120° C. for 30 minutes of 25% or less in a direction in which the thermal shrinkage rate after heating at 120° C. for 30 minutes is larger between a longitudinal direction and a lateral direction of the polyolefin-based resin film; and (3) a planar orientation coefficient ΔP calculated from a refractive index of the polyolefin-based resin film is 0.0100-0.0145.

Polyolefin-based resin film and laminate including the same

The invention provides a polyolefin-based resin film including a polyolefin-based resin composition that includes at least a propylene-α olefin random copolymer, wherein (1) an olefin-based block copolymer is 0 to 2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the propylene-α olefin random copolymer; (2) an olefin-based copolymeric elastomer resin is 0 to 2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the propylene-α olefin random copolymer; (3) a propylene homopolymer is 0 to 40 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the propylene-α olefin random copolymer; (4) the polyolefin-based resin film exhibits a thermal shrinkage rate of 25% or less in a direction in which the thermal shrinkage rate is larger between a longitudinal direction and a lateral direction; and (5) a planar orientation coefficient ΔP calculated from a refractive index of the polyolefin-based resin film is 0.0100-0.0145.

A polyolefin-based resin film containing (a) 90 to 97 parts by weight of at least one polyolefin-based resin selected from a propylene-ethylene block copolymer and a propylene-&#x3b1; olefin random copolymer and (b) 3 to 10 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer, wherein the propylene-&#x3b1; olefin random copolymer is present in an amount of 0 to 50% by weight relative to the total amount of the propylene-ethylene block copolymer and the propylene-&#x3b1; olefin random copolymer, and the polyolefin-based resin film has a thermal shrinkage ratio in a longitudinal direction of 3% or more and 20% or less, a thermal shrinkage ratio in a rectangular direction to a width direction of 1% or less, and a yield stress in the longitudinal direction of 150 MPa or more and 250 MPa or less.

Polyolefin-based resin film

The objective of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag which is produced from a laminate, which is excellent in straight cut property and which hardly cause a parting, even if the laminate contains a biaxially stretched PBT film having a large distortedness of a molecular orientation axis. The laminate has a biaxially stretched film substrate consisting of a polyester resin composition and a sealant film consisting of a polyolefin resin composition, and has a straight cut property in a longitudinal direction of 5 mm or less. The polyester resin composition contains 60 wt % or more of a polybutylene telephthalate resin, and the polyolefin resin composition contains 40 wt % to 97 wt % of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer, 3 wt % to 10 wt % of an ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer, and 0 wt % to 50 wt % of an ethylene-&#x3b1;olefin random copolymer.

The polyamide based resin laminated film roll of the present invention has physical properties such as boiling water shrinkage percentage, surface roughness, refractive index in the thickness direction, etc., adjusted to achieve a predetermined range of degree of variability, when the polyamide based resin laminated film has a first sample cutout portion set up within 2 m from the winding end of film and final cutout portion within 2 m from the winding start of film, and at the same time, has a sample cutout portion set up at approximately every 100 m from the first sample cutout portion.

Polyamide based laminated resin film roll and production process thereof

The present invention provides a polyamide based mixed resin laminated film roll formed by winding up a polyamide based mixed resin laminated film comprising a plurality of polyamide mixed resin sheets stacked on top of each other. A first sample cutout portion is provided within 2 m from the winding end of film, and a final sample cutout portion is provided within 2 m from the winding start of film. The roll is regulated so that, when sample cutout portions are provided at intervals of about 100 m from the first sample cutout portion, for all samples cutout from the cutout portions, the elastomer content, tensile modulus of elasticity, thickness unevenness in the longitudinal direction and other properties fall within a predetermined variation range.

Polyamide based mixed resin laminated film roll and a process for producing the same

A polyamide based resin film roll is provided. The polyamide based resin film roll comprising: a first sample cutout portion within 2 m from the winding end of film; and a final cutout portion within 2 m from the winding start of film, wherein when a sample cutout portion is set up in approximately every 100 m from the first sample cutout portion, in all samples cut out from each of the cutout portions, mechanical properties such as boiling water shrinkage percentage and refraction index in the thickness direction are adjusted within a given range of variation width.

Polyamide based resin film roll and a process for producing the same

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a biaxially oriented polyamide based mixed resin film roll with which bag forming processing by lamination is able to be performed smoothly and with high yield ratio and at the same time with which packages free of S-shaped curls can be obtained efficiently. A solution for the problem concerns the polyamide based mixed resin film roll of the present invention which includes a first sample cutout portion within 2 m from the winding end of film and a final cutout portion within 2 m from the winding start of film, and when a sample cutout portion is set up in approximately every 100 m from the first sample cutout portion, in all samples cut out from each of the cutout portions, physical properties such as elastomer content, elastic modulus in tension, boiling water shrinkage percentage and refraction index in the thickness direction are adjusted to be within a predetermined range of variation range.
