A treatment instrument includes a grasping piece that is openable and closable to a treatment portion, and includes an electrode member. An electrode inclination surface facing a side on which the treating portion is located is provided on an outer surface of the electrode member of the grasping piece, and the electrode inclination surface extends from an inner side to an outer side in a width direction so as to be inclined in a direction away from the treatment portion.

Treatment instrument

A treatment device includes a probe having a treatment portion to treat a biological tissue by using the ultrasonic vibration generated in an ultrasonic transducer; an action portion being able to be close to and away from the treatment portion and including a pressing portion that presses the biological tissue to the treatment portion; and a vibration damping portion disposed in a part of the pressing portion in a state of facing the treatment portion, moving following the treatment portion to which the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted when abutting on the treatment portion in a state where the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the treatment portion, and prevented from being grinded by the treatment portion to which the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted.

Treatment device, treatment device unit and treatment system

An ultrasonic treatment system includes a probe which transmits ultrasonic vibration. In the system, a first energy generator generates treatment energy suitable for treating a living tissue in accordance with an instruction from a first instruction part. The probe is made ultrasonically vibrate with the first amplitude. A second energy generator generates destruction energy suitable for destroying the probe in accordance with an instruction from a second instruction part. The probe is made ultrasonically vibrate with the second amplitude.

Ultrasonic treatment device

An ultrasonic surgical instrument includes an ultrasonic vibrator, a vibration transmission section, a grip member, a pad member provided at a position of the grip member which faces the treatment section, and a planar facing surface disposed on the pad member. A distal end portion of the treatment section faces the pad member, and is curved from a proximal end portion side of the treatment section toward the distal end portion side of the treatment section in a direction away from the facing surface. The pad member includes a protruding portion which is disposed on the facing surface, protrudes from the facing surface toward the distal end portion of the treatment section, and abuts on the distal end portion of the treatment section while the grip member is closed.
