A continuous mixer system for controlling the saccharide concentration of a sweetened liquid product mixture, which has (i) an undiluted sweetened solution input, (ii) a water input, (iii) a mixer having a product output, (iv) a first positive displacement rotary pump having a speed of rotation for feeding an undiluted sweetened solution through the undiluted sweetened solution input, (v) a second positive displacement rotary pump having a speed of rotation for feeding water through the water input, (vi) a continuous saccharometer for detecting the saccharide concentration of the product mixture discharged through the product output, (vii) a first speed adjuster for adjusting the rotational speed of said first rotary pump, (viii) a second speed adjuster for adjusting the rotational speed of the second rotary pump; and (ix) a controller, wherein a target value SB.sub.x of the saccharide concentration at the product output is preset in the controller and an actual value XB.sub.x detected by the saccharometer at the product output is compared in the controller with the target value SB.sub.x, the first and second speed adjusters can change the speeds of rotation of the first and the second pumps to reduce any difference found between SB.sub.x and XG.sub.x.

Continuous mixer operable to control saccharides concentration

A programable controller includes a cycle time setter, a counter, and a calculator. The cycle time setter sets a cycle time for one round of execution of a sequential series of processing routines. The counter counts an execution time between the start of a first predetermined processing routine of the series and the termination of a second predetermined processing routine of the series subsequent to the first. The time difference between the execution time counted by the counter and the cycle time is calculated and, if positive, is allocated to execution of the remainder of the processing routines in the series.

Programmable controller for completing the execution of a block of user

A programmable controller which executes instructions stored in a user program memory to thereby effect predetermined system control. The programmable controller includes a mode designation section for designating a trace trigger mode, an origin instruction input section for inputting an instruction which forms an origin of the trace trigger, an origin instruction memory section for storing the origin instruction inputted from the origin instruction input section, an instruction extraction section for receiving the designation of the trace trigger mode to extract the instruction in coincidence with the origin instruction stored in the origin instruction memory section out of a group of instructions subjected to execution and processing by the instruction execution section, a trace information extraction section for extracting trace information whose reference is the instruction extracted by the instruction extraction section out of a group of instructions subjected to execution and processing by the instruction execution section, a trace information memory section for storing the trace information, and a display section for displaying the trace information stored in the trace information memory section.

Programmable controller

This programmable controller includes: a programmable console with a keyboard; a user program memory; a retrieval means for retrieving the contents of the user program memory in response to the operation of a certain key provided on the keyboard; a first command extracting means for extracting a series of user commands relating to whether execution conditions for an interlock command are met or not when the interlock command is detected by the action of the retrieval means; a first memory means for storing the interlock command and a series of user commands; a second command extracting means for, during the time between the detection of the interlock command and the detection of a corresponding interlock clear command by the action of the retrieval means, extracting all the specific user commands from the group of user commands interposed between the interlock command and the interlock clear command; a second memory means for storing the specific user commands with their addresses; the interlock command and the series of the user commands stored in the first memory means being outputted to the outside in logical association; and an output processing means for outputting the specific user commands and their addresses stored in the second memory means to the outside.
