Secondary battery and method for manufacturing secondary battery

An electrode group is constructed by disposing a positive electrode current collector exposed portion on one end side and a negative electrode current collector exposed portion on the other end side. A positive electrode current collector terminal plate and a negative electrode current collector terminal plate are connected to the positive and negative electrode current collector exposed portions, respectively. A conductive coned disc spring is disposed compressed between the positive electrode current collector terminal plate and a sealing plate. The coned disc spring has a dead zone in which the elastic force does not change according to the amount of deformation, and urges the negative electrode current collector terminal plate toward a bottom portion of a battery case with a defined elastic force.

A method for fabricating a water-repellent surface, including steps of preparing a mixture by mixing a curable liquid with a needle-like material, applying the mixture onto a surface of an object, curing a liquid of the applied mixture and forming an applied layer in which the needle-like material has been mixed on a base material of the cured liquid of the mixture, forming pits and projections of the needle-like material on a surface of the applied layer by etching the applied layer under a condition where an etching rate of the base material is larger than that of the needle-like material, and coating the surface of the applied layer with a water-repellent substance.

Water-repellent surface structure and its fabrication method

The present invention relates to an electrically conductive resin composition used as sheilding materials against electromagnetic radiation and antistatic or static dissipative materials, having a stable electro-conductivity. Therefore, the resin composition according to the invention comprises a matrix resin blended with metal fibers and zinc whiskers in a tetrapod shape as shown in FIG. 1.
