Apparatus for collecting information pertaining to a driver of the vehicle includes a unit for determining if the current load on the driver is a 'low-load' in terms of satisfaction of one or more specific conditions. Driver information is stored and supplemented by answers to question scenarios communicated to the driver only when a 'low-load' state is determined. A question information storage unit contains various question scenarios correlated with different items of driver information and from which a question scenario, corresponding to driver information not yet obtained, is retrieved for output when a &#x201c;low load&#x201d; is determined.

Agent apparatus

A card trunk system according to the present invention includes a card storage means for storing cards in a state where they are classified by type, a card retrieval means for retrieving and taking out cards from the card storage means in a number to be machined and in the order of machining, and a card discriminating means for determining whether or not the card retrieved by the card retrieval means is a correct card. In consequence, the cards to be machined can be automatically arranged. A card trunk system of the present invention includes an input means for inputting the types of cards, the number of cards required and the machining data in the order of machining, a card accommodation means for storing a plurality of types of cards in a predetermined number and for retrieving the types of cards which are input from the input means in a number which is input from the input means, and a card processing means for processing cards on the basis of the machining data corresponding to the types of cards which have been retrieved by the card accommodation means. In consequence, the arrangement and processing of the cards can be automated.

Card trunk system

Type capable of being used for both printing and embossing consists of a heat-curable resin and is divided into three layers. The uppermost layer constituting a typeface portion employs a finely divided granular heat-curable resin and exhibits a high hardness and surface smoothness. The lowermost layer constituting an impact face portion employs a coarse granular heat-curable resin and exhibits low hardness and elasticity. An intermediate layer formed by mixing these two layers at the interface between them constitutes a joint portion exhibiting intermediate hardness.
