A control device of an electrostimulator is used in the electrostimulator including an electrode, an angular velocity sensor, and a notifier. The control device includes a controller that controls electrostimulation which is output from the electrode and that counts the number of times of movements as the number of times of the reciprocating movements of the target site; and a storage that stores preset information. The storage stores a first threshold value and a second threshold value. The controller causes the notifier to display movement information including the number of times of the movements, based on a state in which an angular velocity reaches the second threshold value after reaching the first threshold value.

Electrostimulator and control device of same

A control device of an electrostimulator is used in the electrostimulator including an electrode and an angular velocity sensor. The control device includes a controller that controls electrostimulation which is output from the electrode and a storage that stores a first threshold value and a second threshold value. The first threshold value is greater than the second threshold value. The controller causes the electrode to output electrostimulation based on a state in which angular velocity reaches one threshold value of the first threshold value and the second threshold value, and then, reaches the other threshold value.

An impact rotation tool including a drive source, an impact force generation unit that generates an impact force for converting power from the drive source to pulsed torque, a shaft that transmits the pulsed torque to a bit used to perform a tightening task, a torque measurement unit that measures torque applied to the shaft as measured torque, a rotation angle measurement unit that measures a rotation angle of the shaft, a tightening torque calculation unit that calculates an angular acceleration from the rotation angle to calculate a tightening torque based on the angular acceleration and the measured torque, and a controller that controls the drive source based on the tightening torque.

Impact rotation tool and impact rotation tool attachment

An impact rotation tool includes a drive source that generates power. An impact force generation unit generates impact force by changing the power generated by the drive source to pulsed torque. A shaft transmits the pulsed torque to the distal tool with the generated impact force. A torque detector generates a signal corresponding to the torque applied to the shaft. A determination unit determines whether or not a torque value obtained from a signal corresponding to the torque has reached a predetermined torque value. A control unit controls the drive source to a predetermined driving state when the determination unit determines that the torque value has reached the predetermined torque value. The determination unit is arranged on the shaft.

Impact rotation tool

An electric power tool includes a voltage step-up condition setting operation unit that serves as a human machine interface and a voltage converter capable of performing a voltage step-up operation to raise a voltage supplied from a power supply and supply a raised voltage to a motor. The voltage converter is further capable of changing a voltage step-up level in the voltage step-up operation in accordance with the operation of the voltage step-up condition setting operation unit. A driving state detection unit generates a driving state signal corresponding to a driving state of the electric power tool. A control unit controls a stop timing of the motor in accordance with the driving state signal.

Electric power tool

An adapter includes a converter unit which increases at least one of voltage and current outputted from a battery pack and supply the increased the voltage and/or the current to a load, and a characteristic detection unit which detects at least one of the voltage outputted from the battery pack, the current outputted from the battery pack, a temperature of the battery pack, a voltage inputted to the load, a current inputted to the load and a temperature of the converter unit. The adapter further includes a control unit configured to control the converter unit to increase each of said at least one of the voltage and the current outputted from the battery pack to a corresponding reference value and perform a control operation of suppressing such increase to prevent an occurrence of over-current or over-discharge based on at least one detection result.

Adapter and electric power tool

An electric power tool includes a power supply, a motor capable of being driven in a forward rotation mode or a reverse rotation mode, and a voltage step-up unit capable of performing a voltage step-up operation to raise a voltage supplied from the power supply and supply a raised voltage to the motor. The voltage step-up unit is configured to change the voltage step-up operation in accordance with whether a rotation mode of the motor is the forward rotation mode or the reverse rotation mode.

An impact power tool includes an impact mechanism for applying a striking impact to an output shaft by using an output power of a motor. A strike detection unit detects the striking impact applied by the impact mechanism to obtain a striking timing and a striking speed detection unit calculates a striking speed from the striking timing obtained by the strike detection unit and a rotation angle of the motor obtained by a rotation angle detection unit. A control unit counts the number of striking impact detected by the strike detection unit and stops the motor if the number of striking impact reaches a predetermined strike number. The control unit is designed to correct the predetermined strike number when the striking speed obtained in the striking speed detection unit is equal to or lower than a specified striking speed.

Impact power tool

A voltage increasing control circuit is connected to a power supply to regulate power supplied to a load. The voltage increasing control circuit includes a voltage increasing unit configured to increase voltage that is supplied from the power supply, and supply the voltage to the load. A power estimation unit determines whether or not to increase the power supplied to the load. A voltage control unit controls the voltage increasing unit. When the power estimation unit determines to increase the power supplied to the load, the voltage control unit controls the voltage increasing unit to increase the power supplied to the load.

Voltage increasing control circuit and power tool

An electric power tool includes a motor; a speed reducer for transferring a rotational power of the motor at a reduced speed; and a reduction ratio changing unit for changing a reduction ratio of the speed reducer. The speed reduction mechanism includes an axially slidable changeover member and a gear member, the changeover member being engaged with or disengaged from the gear member depending on an axial slide position thereof. The reduction ratio changing unit includes a shift actuator for axially sliding the changeover member, a driving state detector for detecting a driving state of the motor, a slide position detector for detecting a slide position of the changeover member and a controller for driving the shift actuator and for changing a drive control of the shift actuator depending on detection results of the slide position detector unit and the driving state detector unit, respectively.

An electric power tool includes a motor; a speed reducer for transferring a rotational power of the motor at a reduced speed; and a reduction ratio changing unit for changing a reduction ratio of the speed reducer. The speed reduction mechanism includes an axially slidable changeover member and a gear member, the changeover member being engaged with or disengaged from the gear member depending on an axial slide position thereof. The reduction ratio changing unit includes a shift actuator for axially sliding the changeover member, a driving state detector for detecting a driving state of the motor, a slide position detector for detecting a slide position of the changeover member and a controller for driving the shift actuator and for temporarily decreasing or increasing a rotational power of the motor depending on detection results of the driving state detector and the slide position detector, respectively.

A speed-changing device includes a motor, a reduction gear train that reduces a rotation speed of the motor in accordance with a speed reduction ratio and transmits the rotation at the reduced speed, and a speed reduction ratio switching unit that switches the speed reduction ratio. The speed reduction ratio switching unit includes an actuator that switches the speed reduction ratio, a controller that controls the actuator, and a drive state detector that detects an index value representing load torque applied to the motor. The controller activates the actuator when the index value exceeds a first threshold value and activates the actuator when the index value fluctuates between the first threshold and a second threshold thereby forming an undulated pattern that satisfies a predetermined condition.

Speed-changing device

A wireless communications system includes a tool having a first wireless communications unit and a transceiver having a second wireless communications unit to receive a signal transmitted from the first wireless communications unit. Further, the transceiver has a setting unit for setting wireless communications parameters for wireless communications between the first and the second wireless communications unit, and the tool has a tool control unit for setting in the wireless communications unit the wireless communications parameters set by the setting unit and transmitted to the tool by wireless communication.

In an impact fastening tool, erroneous detection of a strike by a hammer is prevented. The impact fastening tool includes a strike mechanism that transmits a driving force of a motor to an output shaft with an impact force generated by striking an anvil by the hammer, a fastening torque calculator that calculates a fastening torque equivalent to an actual fastening torque generated by the impact forces, a strike detector that detects occurrences of strikes by the hammer, a motor controller that stops the driving of the motor at a time when the fastening torque reaches a predetermined reference value, a current detector that detects current information in an interval of strikes, and a strike judger that judges whether the detection of a strike is real or unreal by using current information. The fastening torque calculator calculates the fastening torque by ignoring the strike judged real by the strike judger.

A rotary impact tool can be used in a work especially precision or finishing of fastening is important. The rotary impact tool comprises a rotary driving mechanism including a driving source for rotating a driving shaft, a hammer fixed on the driving shaft, an output shaft to which a driving force is applied by impact blow of the hammer, a torque setting unit used for setting a fastening torque, a processor for calculating fastening torque from impact blow of the hammer, a rotation speed setting unit used for setting rotation speed of the driving shaft, and a controller for rotating the driving shaft of the rotary driving mechanism in a rotation speed set in the rotation speed setting unit and for stopping rotation of the driving shaft of the rotary driving mechanism when the fastening torque calculated in the processor becomes equal to or larger than a reference value of fastening torque previously set in the torque setting unit.
