An object is to provide a super-conducting coil and a magnetic resonance imaging device that are quench-free by reducing Joule heat generated upon occurrence of separation of members even in a high magnetic field. The super-conducting coil in accordance with the present invention includes a spool and a super-conducting wire wound around the spool. The coil further includes, between the spool and the super-conducting wire, a first resin layer containing thermoplastic resin, a second resin layer containing thermosetting resin, and a mixed layer, the mixed layer being positioned between the first resin layer and the second resin layer and containing a mixture of the thermoplastic resin and the thermosetting resin.

A method of manufacturing a thin-film transistor device improves performance of a complementary TFT circuit incorporated in a thin- and light-weighted image display device or a flexible electronic device, and reduces power consumption manufacturing cost. Electrodes forming n-type and p-type TFTs and an organic semiconductor are made of the same material in both types of TFT by a solution-process and/or printable process method. A first polarizable thin-film is formed on an interface between a gate insulator and a semiconductor, and a second polarizable thin film provided on an interface between source and drain electrodes and the semiconductor film. A complementary thin-film transistor device is manufactured by selectively exposing either the n-type TFT area or the p-type TFT area to light to remove the polarizing function from the first and second polarizable thin films.

Thin-film transistor device and a method for manufacturing the same

An electrode substrate in which a lower electrode and an upper electrode are well positioned by way of an insulating film could not be formed by a printing method since positional displacement is caused. The cost was increased outstandingly when using photomasks for positioning. In the present invention, positional displacement does not occur even when using the printing method since the upper electrode and the lower electrode are positioned in self-alignment. Accordingly, a semiconductor device such as a flexible substrate using an organic semiconductor can be formed with low cost by using the printing method.

An n-type TFT and a p-type TFT are realized by selectively changing only a cover coat without changing a TFT material using an equation for applying the magnitude of a difference in the Fermi energy between an interface of semiconductor and an electrode and between an interface of semiconductor and insulator. At this time, in order to configure a predetermined circuit, the process is performed, as a source electrode and a drain electrode of the p-type TFT and a source electrode and a drain electrode of the n-type TFT being connected all, respectively, and an unnecessary interconnection is cut by irradiating light using a scanning laser exposure apparatus or the like.

Organic thin film transistor array and method of manufacturing the same

When a thin film transistor is manufactured by using a printing method, the precision of alignment between a first electrode and a second electrode becomes a problem. If it is manufactured by using photolithography, a photomask for each layer is necessary, resulting in the cost being increased. The essence of the present invention is that not only processing the gate shape is carried out over the substrate by using a resist pattern formed by exposing using a photo-mask for the gate pattern but also processing the source-drain electrodes is carried out by lifting-off. As a result, alignment between the source-drain electrode and the gate electrode is carried out.

Manufacturing method of semiconductor device

There is a problem in that when the demand accuracy with respect to a semiconductor pattern dimension comes close to a resist molecule size with miniaturization, the device performance is deteriorated due to edge roughness of a resist pattern to exert a bad influence on the system performance. The present invention overcomes the problem by the procedure in which super-molecules which are small in dimension as compared with the conventional polymers are used as main components, the reaction number required for the change of molecule solubility is made constant and as large as possible, and an acid generator is made clathrate or combinatory n super molecules to make an acid catalyst concentration large. As a result, it is possible to form a pattern of molecular accuracy with high productivity even with respect to the pattern dimension less than 50 nm, thereby realizing the high performance system.

A disclosed technology is a method for exposing a photo-sensitive SAM film, wherein a self-assembled-monolayer (photo-sensitive SAM film) having photo-sensitivity, exhibiting hydrophobicity before exposure, and exhibiting hydrophilicity after exposure is formed on a substrate, exposure is performed to the substrate in a state in which a surface of the substrate on which the film has been formed is dipped in liquid or in a state in which a light-sensitive surface of the substrate faces downward to be in contact with liquid, exposure light is ultraviolet light, visible light, or light with an exposure-wavelength of 350 nm or more to 800 nm or less, and the liquid is at least one of organic solvent containing an aromatic group and organic solvent of alcohols, ethers, or ketones.

Method for exposing photo-sensitive SAM film and method for manufacturing semiconductor device

A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device having an organic semiconductor film comprises a step of preparing a transparent substrate at least having an opaque gate electrode and a gate insulator thereover, a step of forming a layer containing metal-nano-particles as a conductive layer for a source electrode and a drain electrode to the thus prepared transparent substrate, a step of applying exposure to the transparent substrate on the side of a surface not mounted with the opaque gate electrode, a step of flushing away a portion other than the source electrode and the drain electrode in the layer containing the metal-nano-particles after the exposure, and a step of forming an organic semiconductor layer forming a channel portion. Lower and upper electrodes are positioned in self-alignment manner and thus no positional displacement occurs even if a printing method is used. Accordingly, semiconductor devices such as flexible substrates using an organic semiconductor can be manufactured inexpensively by using a printing method.

Manufacturing method of semiconductor device having organic semiconductor film

The silicon wires formed around metal particles by crystal growth have the problem of metal pollution. For its solution, in the present invention, a silicon bridge is formed through standard silicon processes such as the lithography and the wet etching using hydrofluoric acid performed to an SOI substrate. Thereafter, a thermal oxide film is desirably formed at a high temperature to form a high-quality gate insulating film. It is also desirable to form a coaxial gate electrode. Then, after burying the bridge sections of the silicon bridge in a resist film, the silicon on the bridge girders is removed, and thereafter, the silicon wires buried in the resist film are collected. In this manner, the silicon wires can be collected without dispersing into the hydrofluoric acid solution. Then, a transistor using the silicon wires as a channel is formed.

Providing a photo mask for KrF excimer laser lithography, which can be produced with high accuracy and low defects in a smaller number of steps. A photo mask for KrF excimer laser lithography according to the present invention is one in which a resist patternefficiently absorbing a KrF excimer laser light (wavelength: about 248 nm) is formed directly on a quartz substrate. The resist patterncomprises: an aqueous alkali-soluble resin having a high light shielding property, which incorporates a naphthol structure having at least one hydroxyl group bound to a naphthalene nucleus; or a radiation sensitive resist having, as a main component, an aqueous alkali-soluble resin containing a derivative of the above-mentioned aqueous alkali-soluble resin as a resin matrix.

Photo mask

In the step of manufacturing a photomask, an opaque pattern is formed by using a photosensitive resin composition containing a specified light absorbent, which then used to manufacture a photomask for KrF excimer laser lithography in a short manufacturing time and at a reduced cost. Accordingly, the manufacturing time and the cost for semiconductor integrated circuit devices is reduced.
