Provided is a material testing machine capable of giving an appropriate testing force to a testing piece. The material testing machine performs a three-point bending test on a testing piece and includes a support mechanism that supports the testing piece, an indenter that is connected to an ultrasonic oscillator and gives ultrasonic vibration to the testing piece by abutting against the testing piece, and a load mechanism that presses the indenter to the testing piece supported by the support mechanism. The support mechanism includes: a spherical seat that has a lower member equipped with a spherical-surface-shaped concave portion or convex portion, and an upper member equipped with a spherical-surface-shaped concave portion or convex portion having a shape corresponding to the concave portion or convex portion in the lower member; a holding portion; and a first movable member.

Material testing machine

Provided are a striking device and a natural frequency measuring device capable of simply and accurately measuring a natural frequency of a system including force detector. The striking device includes an arm capable of swinging around a spindle, and a steel ball arranged in an end part of the arm on a side opposite to the spindle. The spindle is supported by a supporting part capable of lifting up and down relative to a post erected on a magnet stand. A supporting part for supporting a supporting plate is arranged at a position in the post and above the supporting part. A permanent magnet is placed above the supporting plate. The steel ball falls down in an arc shape from a standby height position when the permanent magnet is removed.

Striking device and natural frequency measuring device

A high-speed tension testing machine is provided for reliably preventing slippage between a movable side grip tool and a support member even when the movable side grip tool is moved at high speed. The support member that supports a movable body of a displacement meter has an end part on the side opposite to the movable body, and the end part has a split groove structure for surrounding a small-diameter part of the movable side grip tool and has a structure for holding the small-diameter part of the movable side grip tool with function of a screw. Thus, a surface of the support member on the side of the movable side grip tool is in surface contact with a surface of a large-diameter part, constituting a step part, on the side of the support member, so as to prevent slippage between the movable side grip tool and the support member.

High-speed tension testing machine

A strength testing apparatus has a plurality of testing axes, each of which breaks a test piece in a central area thereof. The apparatus has a plurality of 1-axis testing structures each having: an actuator, which is configured to move linearly, thereby to apply a load onto a test body; an actuator fixing base, which is configured to fix the actuator at a predetermined position; a reaction base comprising a chucking tool, which is configured to chuck a test piece, in a chucking tool, which is provided at an end portion of the actuator; and a base, which is configured to connect the actuator fixing base and the reaction base, wherein all of the testing axes, each almost passing through an axial center of each actuator, come across at one (1) point, and the 1-axis testing structures are arranged so that they are included in a same plane.

Testing apparatus

In a system for sucking and discharging a solution from a vessel (micro-plate assembly) by suction nozzles, processes for suction, discharge, separation, etc. can be carried out with use of a simple mechanism, including suction nozzle moving meansfor positioning the respective distal ends of the suction nozzles on the inner wall surface of the vessel, magnetic particle holding meansfor magnetic particlesin a given position in the vessel, and solution discharge meansfor sucking out and discharging the solution simultaneously from the vessel through the suction nozzles. Each or a combination of these means constitutes a drainage system.
