The composite powder may be manufactured by mixing and compressing the above core powder and coating powder using a ball mill or other mixer charged with a ball shaped mixing medium of an average diameter of 5 mm or less. This composite powder may be used in, for example, skin treatment agent, makeup type cosmetics, sunburn preventing cosmetics, deodorants.
