An autonomous and decentralized production control system comprising a plurality of production cells for performing the assembly and machining work. Each production cell proceeds with the production procedure by performing jobs in accordance with the works charged thereinto. A first embodiment comprises working cells each including a device for determining the working cell for executing an intended job. A second embodiment comprises a pallet for carrying an object of a job, and a device for determining the order of job priority in order to meet the product delivery time. Each working cell decides on the advisability and time of performing the job on the object, thereby autonomously implementing the production control.

Production control system of autonomous and decentralized type

An automated manufacture line includes a host controller device which sets individual control conditions and a plurality of automatic working devices which are connected to the host controller device and perform their automatic works. Each automatic working device includes a carry portion for carrying in an object to be processed from the upper stream side of the line and carrying out it to the lower stream side of the line, an input portion capable of inputting work data concerning the object handled by its own automatic working device, and a controller for adjusting a work parameter of its own automatic working device on the basis of the work data inputted from the input portion or work data transmitted from another automatic working device on the upper stream side of the line, outputting the work data to another automatic working device provided on the lower stream side of the line, driving the carry portion in response to an object carry-out request signal from another automatic working device provided on the lower stream side of the line to carry out the object to that automatic working device, and outputting an object carry-out request signal to another automatic working device positioned on the upper stream side of its own automatic working device.

Automated manufacture line

System and method of designing and developing table translation software in which an operation is performed on input data provided in the form of tables, and data resulting from the operation is also provided in the form of tables. The system includes an item input section for inputting items representative of attributes of data, a relation input section for inputting inter-item relations for the inputted items, an item and relation managing section for holding and supplying the inputted items and inter-item relations thereof, and a relation indicating section for indicating the items and the inter-item relations thereof held by the item and relation managing section. Software is designed and developed with the functions of the software being handled as translation processes of the tables.
