The fuel cell system includes a fuel cell, a first injection device associated with a supply of a fuel to the fuel cell, and a second injection device provided on an upstream side of the first injection device in a fuel flow passage from a fuel storage unit to the first injection device. The first and second injection devices switch a flow passage extending downstream from the fuel flow passage, between a first flow passage via the first injection device and second flow passage via the second injection device. The second injection device operates at a lower frequency than the first injection device during an operation of the fuel system.

Fuel cell system

An internal combustion engine comprises a port injection injector for injecting fuel into an intake port and a direct injection injector for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber. A controller causes the port injection injector and the direct injection injector to inject fuel on the basis of a running condition of the internal combustion engine. Further, the controller increases an injection amount of the direct injection injector above a normal injection amount of the direct injection injector when the internal combustion engine decelerates, thereby reducing the fuel pressure of the direct injection injector rapidly.

Fuel injection control device and control method for internal combustion engine

Internal combustion engine has direct injection fuel injection valve and port injection fuel injection valve. A requested fuel injection amount is calculated according to an engine operation condition. When the requested fuel injection amount is in first operation region in which the minimum fuel injection amount of direct injection fuel injection valve is exceeded, a direct injection fuel injection valve fuel injection amount is adjusted based on the requested fuel injection amount and a fixed amount, while maintaining a port injection fuel injection valve fuel injection amount at the fixed amount. A control device for an internal combustion engine which includes a variable compression ratio mechanism arranged to vary a mechanical compression ratio, and a high pressure fuel pump arranged to supply a high pressure fuel to a common rail, and to be driven from a crank shaft through a chain, the control device includes: a fuel pressure abnormal state sensing section configured to sense an abnormal increase of a fuel pressure within the common rail, the control device being configured to decrease the compression ratio in the abnormal state of the fuel pressure.
