A refrigerating apparatus includes an insulation housing including an inner box. The inner box has side plates and first and second refrigerating circuits including a first evaporation pipe and a second evaporation pipe, respectively. The first and second evaporation pipes are disposed on the side plates. The first and second evaporation pipes are bent so as to form a first comb shape and a second comb shape, respectively. The first and the second comb shapes form a nested structure. The first and second evaporation pipes include a first straight portion and a second straight portion extending the horizontal direction, respectively. A first distance between the first straight portion of the first evaporation pipe and the first straight portion of the second evaporation pipe and a second distance between the first straight portion of the second evaporation pipe and the second straight portion of the second evaporation pipe are substantially equal.

Refrigerating apparatus

A refrigerating apparatus includes an insulation housing including an inner box. The inner box has first and second side plates and a first curved corner connecting the first and second side plates; and a first refrigerating circuit including a first compressor and a first evaporator constituted by a first evaporation pipe, the first evaporation pipe including a first portion extending a horizontal direction and a second portion extending a vertical direction. The first portion of the first evaporation pipe is disposed to contact to the first and second side plates and the first curved corner of the inner box, and the second portion of the first evaporation pipe is disposed outside of the first portion of the first evaporation pipe at the first curved corner so that the first portion of the first evaporation pipe locates between the first curved corner and the second portion of the first evaporation pipe.

There is provided a culture observation system by which even a culture other than an observation target culture can be cultured and observation can be properly performed by a microscope during culturing of the culture. Culture observation system

The invention provides a culture apparatus or a reserving stock room which receives a lot of culture vessels without vibration. The culture apparatus or the reserving stock room is provided with storage shelves (, . . . ) for culture vessels arranged in a circular arc shape or an annular shape, and a carrying means () for taking in and out the culture vessels to an inner side of the circular arc shaped arrangement or the annular shaped arrangement from the storage shelves (, . . . ). Further, the culture apparatus or the reserving stock room is provided with storage shelves (, . . . ) for culture vessels arranged on a table () in a circular arc shape or an annular shape, an air distribution port () provided in the table () such that an air in an inner side of the circular arc shaped arrangement or the annular shaped arrangement flows from a lower side to an upper side, and a circulation passage () for returning the air sucked from an upper side within a stock room to the distribution port () via a lower side within the stock room.

Culture device and storage container

An object is to provide a reaction detecting device in which a height dimension of the device itself can be set to be small to realize space saving, unevenness of measurement sensitivity for each reaction container is minimized, and high-sensitivity and high-precision reaction detecting is possible, the device includes: a reflective plate disposed above a temperature controllable reaction block disposed in a reaction chamber constituted in a main body to reflect light; and a light source lamp and a camera arranged in the main body, the light from the light source lamp is reflected by the reflective plate to enter each reaction container from above, and light such as fluorescence directed upwards from a reaction specimen is reflected by the reflective plate to enter the camera.

Reaction detecting device

The present invention provides an incubator which can release pressure applied to a vessel side by upper heating means, and can simplify an opening/closing structure of a reaction chamber. The gist of the present invention resides in an incubator comprising a reaction chamber disposed in an incubator body; a heat conductive reaction block disposed in the reaction chamber to hold one or plural vessels containing reaction samples; a cover for covering an upper part of the reaction chamber in an openable manner; upper heating means positioned on a lower surface of the cover to heat an upper part of the vessel held by the reaction block; and pressure means for pressing the upper heating means to the vessel side; the reaction block being heated/cooled while the upper part of the vessel is heated by the upper heating means, to incubate the reaction sample; wherein the cover is disposed rotatably and movably in a horizontal direction with respect to the incubator body.

Incubator

A cultivating apparatus designed so that cultivating containers for cultivating cultures can be mounted therein and the inside of the apparatus is hermetically sealed by closing a door of said apparatus to cultivate the cultures, is provided with a sterilizing lamp for emitting light for sterilizing germs such as bacteria, etc. contained in the gas in the apparatus. The sterilizing lamp comprises an ultraviolet lamp for emitting ultraviolet rays in which light of 200 nm or less in wavelength is cut off.
