A shaped body of a fluororesin obtained using a shaping material comprising a powder of a fluororesin. The powder of the fluororesin has a static bulk density of 0.3 g/ml or more and 1.5 g/ml or less, and a particle diameter of 10 μm or more and 300 μm or less in terms of D50. Also disclosed is a three-dimensional structure containing the shaped body, and a method of shaping the shaping material.

Shaping powder

Provided is a method for producing a resin molded article, capable of reducing deterioration of resin during melt extrusion. The method includes passing a resin fed from a hopper for resin through a molding machine provided with the hopper, an extruder, and a pressure control device in this order, to produce a resin molded article, the resin pressure between a tip of the extruder and an inlet port for resin of the pressure control device being 15.0 MPa or lower.

Molded resin body production method

A molded body which is formed from a shaping material containing a fluororesin powder. The fluororesin powder has a D50 of 30 μm or more and 200 μm or less and a D10 of 12 μm or more. Also disclosed is a method for forming a molded body from a shaping material containing the fluororesin powder, the method including controlling the temperature of the fluororesin powder; and irradiating the fluororesin powder with a laser at the controlled temperature to fuse the same.

Provided is a method for producing a purified fluoropolymer containing less fluoridable end groups. The production method includes: (a) melting a fluoropolymer to give a molten fluoropolymer; (b) reducing a reaction inhibitor in the molten fluoropolymer; (c) bringing the molten fluoropolymer into contact with an active substance after the step (b); and (d) removing a volatile matter from the molten fluoropolymer after the step (c).

The present invention provides a fluororesin composition, which is excellent in moldability and crack resistance, a process for preparing the composition and a cable evenly coated with the composition. Specifically, the present invention provides a fluororesin composition wherein polytetrafluoroethylene is compounded to a terpolymer comprising tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene and perfluoroalkyl vinylether. Also, the present invention provides a process for preparing the composition which comprises kneading with a multi-screw kneader. Furthermore, the present invention provides a cable which is coated with the resin.

Fluororesin composition, process for preparing the same and cable coated with the same

The present invention provides a fluororesin composition, which is excellent in moldability and crack resistance and particularly, does not cause cone break when coating an electric wire, a process for preparing the composition and a cable coated with the composition. Specifically, the present invention provides a fluororesin composition comprising a tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer and polytetrafluoroethylene compounded thereto, which has a melt flow rate of at least 15 at 372&#xb0; C. Also, the present invention provides a process for preparing the composition which comprises kneading with a multi-screw kneader. Furthermore, the present invention provides a cable which is coated with the resin.

A method of purifying a treatment target substance containing a fluorine-containing surfactant which includes removing at least part of the fluorine-containing surfactant from the treatment target substance by contacting the treatment target substance with a gas containing carbon dioxide. The fluorine-containing surfactant is an ether oxygen-free anionic compound represented by one of general formulae (1) and (2) as defined herein.
