A composition for sportswear, includes a rubber component (a) which contains an epihalohydrin rubber, a vulcanizing agent (b) in an amount of 0.1 to 10 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight of the rubber component (a), and a foaming agent (c) in an amount of 0.5 to 20 parts by weight therefor. The present invention provides a rubber composition, which realizes low hardness and low compression set while maintaining semi-conductivity, and a vulcanizate thereof.
