A long-term high-power battery system with intelligent management includes a battery cell, and a battery management system including a secondary control system, a low-power switching element, a high-capacity relay and a battery cell voltage balancing system. When the secondary control system detects a high current load generated by the vehicle startup, the low-power switching element first interrupts the high load connected to the battery management system, and immediately starts the high-capacity relay, so that the large current passes through the high-capacity relay to provide the large current required by the vehicle load equipment. Through the battery cell voltage balancing system, the voltage difference between each battery cell is effectively controlled.

Long-term high-power battery system with intelligent management

A transmission structure of electric clutchless motorcycle includes an electric motor, a variable speed gear set, a variable speed gear box and a gear position sensing unit. The arrangement of the gear position sensing unit is so configured that the transmission structure of electric clutchless motorcycle mechanism not only maintains the inertial energy recharge of the electric motor to increase the endurance of the vehicle, but also allows the driver to accurately control the speed control knob when switching gears, and furthermore can increase the automatic gear shift function of the electric gear shift design.

An electric motorcycle includes a transmission gear set mounted in a gearbox housing and having a power input shaft inserted through a middle block of the gearbox and a power input pulley mounted on the power input shaft, an electric motor mounted on one side of the middle block and having a motor pulley mounted on the motor shaft thereof, and a transmission belt coupled between the motor pulley and the power input pulley for enabling the electric motor to rotate the power input shaft of the transmission gear set through the transmission belt, a gear shift pedal and a gear shift axle for gear shifting, and a speed output chain gear mounted on an output shaft of the transmission gear set and driven by the output shaft to rotate the rear wheel of the electric motorcycle through a chain.

Electric motorcycle with improved motor efficiency

A wheel speed sensor driving mechanism includes a motorcycle front wheel hub axle tube having chamfered driving blocks equiangularly spaced around an inner perimeter thereof, a follower unit concentrically mounted in the motorcycle front wheel hub axle tube and having chamfered ribs equiangularly arranged around the periphery of one end of the worm wheel and a mounting groove defined between each two adjacent ribs for receiving the chamfered driving blocks. Further, the number of the ribs of the follower unit is divisible by the number of the driving blocks of the motorcycle front wheel hub axle tube.

An electric motorcycle includes an electric motor, a motor controller for controlling the operation of the electric motor, a gearbox that can be of a used or new fuel engine-based vehicle and rotatable by the electric motor, and a main drive shaft coupled between the electric motor and the gearbox. Subject to the optimal power transmission performance of the gearbox, the electric motor is capable of producing the most appropriate driving speed in the starting state or any of a variety of travelling states, achieving optimal output efficiency and significantly reducing power consumption and enhancing endurance.

A non-contact sensor switch assembly includes a switching transistor adapted for switching on/off the supply of a power supply to the control unit of an automatic handwash dispenser, automatic water tap or automatic door, a charge induction plate inducible by an approaching body part of a person, and a capacitive proximity sensor electrically coupled between the charge induction plate and the switching transistor for triggering the switching transistor to switch on the supply of the power supply to the control unit of the automatic handwash dispenser, automatic water tap or automatic door upon approach of a body part of a person.

Self-contained apparatus/automatic door having a non-contact sensor switch assembly

A driving system for electric vehicle is disclosed to use a clutch switching unit for controlling a motor rotor-driven bushing to rotate a wheel hub via a direct-drive active clutch or via a set of planet gears and a reducing clutch. At the initial state after startup of the motor, the direct-drive active clutch runs idle, enabling the wheel hub to provide a low-speed high-torque output, saving power consumption. When the vehicle speed reaches a predetermined level, a control circuit drives a clutch motor to move the clutch switching unit in releasing the reducing clutch to idle the planet gears, enabling the direct-drive active clutch to be switched on so that the rotor of the motor can rotate the wheel hub directly to accelerate the vehicle speed.
