A flatbed scanning device of a paper feeding scanning equipment includes a device casing and a scanning module. The device casing includes a first glass plate, and a second glass plate spaced apart from the first glass plate and having a bottom surface. The scanning module is disposed in the device casing, and including a module body, a scanning assembly disposed in the module body, and at least one contact assembly disposed on the module body. When the scanning module is in an initial position, the scanning assembly is located below the first glass plate, and the at least one contact assembly abuttingly contacts the bottom surface of the second glass plate.

An image scanning device includes a bottom wall, a surrounding wall extending upwardly from the bottom wall, a frame connected to the surrounding wall and having a first side plate, and a transparent panel fixed to the frame and having a lateral side supported by an upper part of the first side plate. Method for controlling the on/off function of an LED in a scanner

A scanning apparatus for scanning an image of a document includes a housing, a reflecting plate, a light emitting element having a substrate and a plurality of point light sources, and an image sensor. The housing has a slit formed on a top surface thereof. The reflecting plate is disposed in the housing, extends on an edge of the slit, and faces the slit. The substrate is fixed on an edge of the reflecting plate, and the point light sources are fixed on the substrate. Each point light source emits a scanning light to the reflecting plate, and the scanning light is reflected onto the document through the slit. The scanning light is reflected by the document to form an image light that enters the housing through the slit. The image sensor is disposed in the housing for receiving the image light and converting image light into image data.

A scanning apparatus with heat dissipating ability includes a housing having an opening formed thereon. A cover having a slit, a heating dissipating portion, and supporting portion connected to the heat dissipating portion covers the opening, wherein the supporting portion extends from an edge of the slit into the housing. A light emitting elements is fixed on the supporting portion, for emitting a scanning light through the slit, and the scanning light is reflected as an image light by a document. The image light is converted to image data by an image scanning module. The heat dissipating portion is made of a thermal conductive material to exchange heat with the air, so that heat generated by the light emitting elements is transferred to the heat dissipating portion and the heat is dissipated to the air, the work temperature of the light emitting elements is controlled at an optimal temperature.

A locking apparatus for a movable carry module, comprises a controller using to fix the movable carry module of an electric device. The controller has a movable locking shaft normality stretch in the movable carry module, and applies to fix the movable carry module. The electric device supplies the electric power to the controller when receiving the external electric power, and then the locking shaft departs from the movable carry module, such that the movable carry module can move freely.

A scanning apparatus adaptable for two resolutions has two carriages with different resolutions. The carriages are disposed in the cover and the scanning bed of the scanning apparatus respectively. Each carriage includes a lens and a sensing module and the sensing module and the lens are at a fixed distance. The optical lengths between the lenses and the documents to be scanned are different so that the resolution produced by the carriage in the cover is different from the resolution produced by the carriage in the scanning bed.

An optical module apparatus equipped with a latch coupler includes a carrier movable on a guiding rod. The guiding rod is coupled with a turnable check member. When the optical module apparatus is on a flat and using position, the check member may pass through a check trough to enable the carrier to move freely and linearly and reciprocally. When the optical module apparatus is mounted in an inclined manner and moved away from the using position, the check member is subject to the gravity force and turns in parallel with the direction of the gravity force, and is latched on the check trough to restrict the moving range of the carrier. Thus the optical module apparatus may be prevented from moving by external forces during transportation and avoid being damaged.

A glass supporting device of a scanner comprises an upper cover, a lower cover, a front cover, and a glass sheet. The upper and lower covers, and the front cover can be integrated. The lateral sides of the upper cover are installed with a plurality of sliding tracks. The sliding tracks and the edges of the top of the upper cover are formed with ashape track. Therefore, the glass sheet can be slid into the track manually for being positioned therein. The track serves for supporting the glass sheet. In the present invention, the glass sheet is easily assembled and detached. The upper cover and glass sheet is updated independently. Therefore, the assembling work is performed quickly and the cost for detaching parts are low.
