The present disclosure provides a pixel circuit with pulse width compensation, and the pixel circuit includes a pulse width modulation circuit and a pulse amplitude modulation circuit, and the pulse amplitude modulation circuit is electrically connected to the pulse width modulation circuit. The pulse width modulation circuit includes a P-type pulse width compensation transistor and a first P-type control transistor, and the first P-type control transistor is electrically connected to the P-type pulse width compensation transistor. The pulse amplitude modulation circuit includes a second P-type control transistor, a first capacitor, a P-type driving transistor and a light-emitting element. The second P-type control transistor is electrically connected to the first P-type control transistor. The first capacitor is electrically connected to the second P-type control transistor. The P-type driving transistor is electrically connected to the first capacitor, and the light-emitting element is electrically connected to the P-type driving transistor.

Pixel circuit with pulse width compensation and operation method thereof

The present disclosure provides a scan driving circuit, which includes a pull-up output charging circuit, a pull-down discharge circuit, a pre-charge circuit, an anti-noise start-up circuit and an anti-noise pull-down discharge circuit. The pull-up output charging circuit is electrically connected to an output terminal, and the pull-down discharge circuit is electrically connected to the output terminal. The pre-charge circuit is electrically connected to the pull-up output charging circuit and the pull-down discharge circuit through a driving node. The anti-noise start-up circuit is electrically connected to the pre-charge circuit. The anti-noise pull-down discharge circuit is electrically connected to the anti-noise start-up circuit, and the anti-noise pull-down discharge circuit is electrically connected to the driving node.

A direct type backlight device includes a printed circuit board, a light reflector and plural Mini-LEDs. The light reflector and the Mini-LEDs are disposed over the printed circuit board. The light reflector is arranged between at least part of adjacent Mini-LEDs. Each of the Mini-LEDs includes a non-light-emitting layer and a light-emitting layer arranged on the non-light-emitting layer. A bottom surface of the light-emitting layer of each of the Mini-LEDs is higher than a top surface of the light reflector.

Direct type backlight device

A light emitting element, used behind a display, comprises LED chips emitting blue light and separated red and green phosphor layers on the LED chip, the layers receiving the emitted blue light and respectively converting the same into precise colors for the display. A portion of the light directly from the LED chip is also combined with the converted light and passed on as lighting for the display. Partial absorption of green light by the red phosphor and red light by the green phosphor, occurring when the red and green phosphor layers are overlapped, is avoided. Light conversion efficiency of the green and red phosphor layers is thereby improved. A manufacturing method using a micro-miniature LED as a light source for backlight thickness reduction and light efficiency improvement comprising a plurality of spaced apart light emitting diode chips on a substrate. Colloid with uniformly distributed diffusion particles is coated to fill gaps between LED chips. A roller is applied to the surface of the colloid and a continuous geometric structure is formed with a cone structure in the horizontal-vertical (XY axis) direction. An ultraviolet curing device is used for optical UV curing of the continuous geometric structure to create a brightness enhancement layer.

A display device includes a substrate, a plurality of light emitters, a colloid, an optical film, and a liquid crystal panel. The light emitters are located on a surface of the substrate. The optical film is located above the colloid and the light emitters. The liquid crystal panel is located above the optical film.
