An optical measuring apparatus comprising at least one light emitting unit, a stage, at least one lens, and at least one light detector is provided. The light emitting unit emits a light beam. The stage contains accommodating spaces. The accommodating spaces move to the transmission path of the light beam in turn. The lens is located between the light emitting unit and the stage, whose orthogonal projection on the stage appears substantially to be a polygon. When one of the accommodating spaces moves to the transmission path of the light beam, a perpendicular bisector half line of each side of the polygon is not overlapped with another adjacent accommodating space of the accommodating spaces. An optical measuring method is also provided.

Disk loading device of slot-in optical disk drive

A disk drive includes an insert-and-eject device and a disk guide unit. The insert-and-eject device is used for inserting and ejecting a disk. The disk guide unit includes a rack and a slide member connected to the insert-and-eject device in such a manner that reciprocal movement of the disk guide unit along a first direction permits the slide member to drive the insert-and-eject device to insert and eject the optical disk from the disk drive. An emergency release device is mounted on the slide member, and includes a horizontal element movable along a second direction. The rack is formed with a retention groove such that the movement of the horizontal element along the second direction permits a the horizontal element to extend within or exit the retention groove so as to couple the slide member with the rack or to disengage the slide member from the rack.

Slot-in disk drive

An optical disc drive including an outer casing, a supporting base, a main shaft motor and a position-limiting element is provided. The outer casing has an optical disc entry. The supporting base is disposed in the outer casing. The main shaft motor is disposed on the supporting base. The position-limiting element has a first pivot portion, a position-limiting part and a second pivot portion located between the first pivot portion and the position-limiting part. The first pivot portion is connected to the supporting base, and the position-limiting element is able to be swung about the second pivot serving as a fulcrum. When the supporting base is located at an upper position, the position-limiting part is located at a first position, and when the supporting base is located at a lower position, the position-limiting part is located at a second position, wherein the first position is under the second position.

Optical disc drive

A slot-in type disc drive is provided by comprising a disc entrance slot for loading a disc into the disc drive along a first direction; a bottom casing; a crossing driving member; and a disc loading device. The crossing driving member has at least a disc driving groove and is moved along a second direction vertical to the first direction. The disc loading device comprises two disc loading levers and two connecting levers. Each of the disc loading levers has a first end close to the disc entrance slot and a second end pivoted on a rotating shaft. Each of the connecting lever having a third end and a fourth end, wherein the third ends are respectively pivoted on the disc loading levers, and the fourth ends are pivoted together on a vertical guiding pin. When the crossing driving member moves along the second direction, the vertical guiding pin is moved along the first direction and moved related to the crossing driving member in the disc driving groove.

The present invention provides a DVD mechanism system that is for adjusting an inclined state and mounted on a carrying mechanism of the DVD player and comprises: a spindle motor for loading and rotating a DVD; an optical read-write head for reading and writing the information of the DVD; two guiding rods for loading the optical read-write head; and at least two two-way adjustable positioning elements; wherein the two two-way adjustable positioning elements are to fasten the DVD mechanism on at least two positioning structures of the carrying mechanism in order to adjust the inclined state of the DVD mechanism.

A method for manufacturing the roller carrier of a vibration balance device, the roller carrier is installed with at least one round track around a rotary axis thereof for carrying a plurality of rollers; characterized in that: the roller carrier is made of alloy powder and made by a process of metal powder metallurgy. The material of the powder is SUS-316L or other proper alloy powder. The manufacturing process of the metal powder metallurgy includes the steps of: feeding material, compacting, sintering, and sizing, or other manufacturing process of the metal powder metallurgy (MIM) can be used, which includes the steps of feeding material, pelletizing, injection molding, debinding, sintering, and sizing. The roller carrier from aforementioned processes uses less materials, can be mass-produced, has a precise dimension, is light weighted, has a smooth surface and has a high surface hardness. In other word, the roller carrier made from the manufacturing process of metal powder metallurgy not only has preferred physical properties, such as good hardness, smoothness and precision, but also can reduce the vibration from the eccentricity of rotation. Moreover, the manufacturing cost can be reduced greatly and yield is increased. Therefore, the present invention is economical.

Method for manufacturing roller carrier of vibration balance device

A method for manufacturing the roller carrier of a vibration balance device, the roller carrier is installed with at least one round track around a rotary axis thereof for carrying a plurality of rollers; characterized in that: the roller carrier is made of ceramic powder and made by a process of ceramic powder metallurgy. The material of the powder is A92A aluminum oxide or zirconium oxide, or other proper metal oxide. The manufacturing process of the ceramic powder metallurgy includes the steps of: feeding material, compacting, sintering, and polishing, or other manufacturing process of the ceramic powder metallurgy can be used, which includes the steps of feeding material, pelletizing, injection molding, debinding, sintering, and polishing. The roller carrier from aforementioned processes uses less materials, can be mass-produced, has a precise dimension, is light weighted, has a smooth surface and has a high surface hardness. In other word, the roller carrier made from the manufacturing process of ceramic powder metallurgy not only has preferred physical properties, such as good hardness, smoothness and precision, but also can reduce the vibration from the eccentricity of rotation and prolong the lifetime. Moreover, the manufacturing cost can be reduced greatly and yield is increased. Therefore, the present invention is economical.
