A liquid cooling rack assembly for a computing system includes a first cabinet rack configured to receive within a plurality of computing devices with heat-generating electronic components; and a second cabinet rack configured to receive coolant components. The second cabinet rack has a plurality of movable trays, each tray of the plurality of movable trays being movable generally horizontally and independently of other trays of the plurality of movable trays. The liquid cooling rack assembly further includes a plurality of cooling pumps. Each pump of the plurality of cooling pumps is placed on a respective one of the plurality of movable trays, and each pump is independently serviceable from other pumps of the plurality of cooling pumps based on independent movement of a respective tray.

Liquid cooling rack assembly for computing system and telecommunication system including the same

A tiered immersion cooling system includes a chassis, a cabinet frame slidably mounted to the chassis, an upper immersion tank, and a lower immersion tank. The cabinet frame is slidable between a first internal position and a first external position. Sliding motion of the cabinet frame is in a horizontal direction along a depth of the chassis. The upper immersion tank is slidably mounted to the chassis. The upper immersion tank is slidable with the cabinet frame in the horizontal direction. The upper immersion tank slides relative to the cabinet frame, in a vertical direction along a height of the chassis. The lower immersion tank is positioned below the upper immersion tank in the vertical direction. The lower immersion tank is mounted to slide independently from the cabinet frame, in the horizontal direction. The lower immersion tank slides between a second internal and a second external position.

Tiered immersion cooling system

Embodiments of the disclosure are directed to a transportation system for carrying servers. The transportation system includes a server rack and a shock-absorbing pallet. The shock-absorbing pallet is secured under the server rack and configured to move relative to the server rack to dampen vibration during transportation of the server rack. The shock-absorbing pallet includes a top cover, a bottom cover, one or more isolation devices, and one or supporting layers. The one or more isolation devices are disposed between the top cover and the bottom cover. Each isolation device includes a shock-absorbing component coupled to the top cover and the bottom cover. The one or more supporting layers are secured between the top cover and the bottom cover around the one or more isolation devices. The one or more supporting layers have a plurality of slots for guiding a pallet lifter therethrough.

Shock-absorbing pallets for transporting servers

A rack is provided that includes a top frame and a bottom frame connected by at least one post. The post is slidably configured within the rack. The rack also includes a plurality of brackets installed on the post. Each of the brackets within the plurality of brackets is configured to rotate with respect to the at least one post.

Modifiable rack post

A shock absorber apparatus is provided that includes an upper rack frame, a middle plate, and a lower rack frame. The upper rack frame is configured to secure a bottom frame of a rack server. The upper rack frame includes a first set of rail assemblies. The middle plate includes a second set of rail assemblies and a first set of carriers corresponding with the first set of rail assemblies of the upper rack frame. The first set of rail assemblies is configured to restrict movement of the first plurality of carriers to a first axis. The lower rack frame includes a second set of carriers corresponding with the second set of rail assemblies of the middle plate. The second set of rail assemblies is configured to restrict movement of the second plurality of carriers to a second axis.

Low down seismic shock rack design

An earthquake protective server rack is provided including an upper server rack frame to house a server and a lower server rack frame. The lower server rack frame combines linear modules that dissipate earthquake energy along the X- and Y-axes and a dampening module that dissipates earthquake energy along a Z-axis. Mechanical movement of the feet on the lower server rack frame permits movement of the protective sever rack on rollers or alternatively to permit full function of the earthquake energy absorbing function while supported by the feet.

Anti-earthquake server rack

An apparatus for reverse mounting an electronic device in a server housing is provided. The apparatus includes a first bracket, a second bracket, and a coupling. The first bracket couples to the device body and extends outward from the device body toward a front rail of the server housing. The first bracket includes a first end configured to releasably couple to front rail of the server housing. The second bracket includes a protrusion that extends outward from the device body in an opposite direction relative to the first bracket. The coupling includes a first portion that couples to a rear rail of the server housing and a second portion defining a channel that receives the protrusion of the second bracket.

Reverse mount apparatus for a rack-mounted systems

A server device includes a server rack and at least one server unit having a first sliding tray, a second sliding tray, a storage array module and a motherboard module. The server rack includes a first opening and a second opening which are opposite with each other. The first sliding tray is slidably disposed in the server rack. The second sliding tray is slidably disposed in the first sliding tray. The storage array module is disposed on the second sliding tray. The motherboard module is disposed on the first sliding tray and electrically connected to the storage array module.
