The invention relates to a compound () comprising at least 50% by weight of a functional agent, characterized in that it also comprises a waxy matrix (), within which said functional agent is dispersed, wherein said compound () is solid at room temperature and intended to be dispersed by fluidization and/or solubilization within a cosmetic and/or dermatological composition to incorporate therein said functional agent, said functional agent being formed from solid particles () having undergone a surface treatment resulting in a reductions in the absorption capacity of the waxy matrix () by said treated solid particles (), as compared to untreated solid particles of the same nature.
