An impregnation liquid is provided, which includes (A) phenolic resin, (B) diazonaphthoquinone-based compound or a derivative thereof, (C) ionic compound, and (D) organic solvent. The weight of (A) phenolic resin and the weight of (B) diazonaphthoquinone-based compound or a derivative thereof have a ratio of 0.2:0.8 to 0.9:0.1, and the weight of (C) ionic compound and the total weight of (A) phenolic resin and (B) diazonaphthoquinone-based compound or a derivative thereof have a ratio of 0.2:1 to 1.4:1. The impregnation liquid can be used to form an activated carbon layer to wrap and to be directly in contact with the surface of a mesh.

Impregnation liquid and activated carbon cloth and method of forming the same

A hybrid carbon black is provided, which includes a carbon black core and a polymer film wrapping an entire surface of the carbon black core. The polymer film includes a network of a plurality of polymer main chains crosslinked each other, and a plurality of dispersion-side chains bonded to the polymer main chains. The dispersion-side chains come from an acrylate monomer with a chemical structure of: wherein when n is 4 to 7, Ris H or CH, and when n is 8 to 14, Ris CH.

Hybrid carbon black and coating composition

A hybrid carbon black, a coating composition, and a shielding material employing the same are provided. The hybrid carbon black includes a core of carbon black, and a cross-linked network polymer film covering the whole surface of the carbon black overall. In particular, the carbon black core has a mass fractal dimension between 2 and 3 and a surface fractal dimension between 2 and 2.5, and the cross linking network polymer film includes a product obtained by crosslinking a composition including a styrene monomer and a divinylbenzene monomer.

Hybrid carbon black, coating composition and shielding material employing the same

A biaxial retardation film is disclosed, including a substrate, wherein the substrate includes an alignment film thereon or an alignment-treated surface; and an optically anisotropic coating on the substrate, wherein the optically anisotropic coating includes a top layer and a bottom layer, wherein the bottom layer is a parallel aligned liquid crystal layer along an alignment direction of the substrate, and the top layer is a vertically aligned hexagonal pillar array liquid crystal layer, wherein three-dimensional refractive indices of the optically anisotropic coating satisfy a relationship n&#x3e;n&#x3e;n. The disclosure also provides a fabrication method thereof.
