A personalized parameter learning method, a sleep-aid device and a non-transitory computer readable medium are provided. The personalized parameter learning method for a sleep-aid device is provided. The personalized parameter learning method includes the following steps. A process device computes a measured sleep quality of a user after operating a sleep-aid device with an inputted parameter setting at least according to a subjective feedback from the user. The processing device generates a plurality of candidate parameter settings according to the measured sleep quality. The processing device generates a plurality of predicting sleep qualities corresponding the candidate parameter settings. The processing device obtains a recommending parameter setting by selecting one of the candidate parameter settings according to the predicting sleep qualities.

A muscle training system configured to train at least one target muscle of a human body includes a muscle training equipment and a controller. The muscle training equipment includes at least one resistance adjustment assembly and at least one vibration detector. The at least one resistance adjustment assembly is configured to provide a resistance force as a training load. The at least one vibration detector is configured to be disposed on the at least one target muscle and produces at least one muscle vibration signal based on an activity of the at least one target muscle training under the resistance force. The controller is configured to control the at least one resistance adjustment assembly to adjust the resistance force according to the at least one muscle vibration signal.

A body motion analysis system is provided. The body motion analysis system includes a pressure sensing plate, a data transmission device, and a data processing device. Two of the user's body parts exert pressure on the pressure sensing plate and the pressure sensing plate senses the pressure to output pressure distribution data. The pressure sensing plate transmits pressure-distribution stream data to the data processing device according to the pressure distribution data. The data processing device processes the pressure-distribution stream data to obtain sports performance of the user.

A fetching module obtains a real-object image feature pattern for each ROI of the object image. An analyzing module for object image feature searches for a first candidate object from data bank and analyzes a correlation between the real object and candidate object. A fetching module for object spectrum feature obtains a real-object spectrum pattern for each ROI of the object image. An analyzing module for object spectrum feature is to search for a second candidate object from data bank and to further analyze a match level between the real-object and the second candidate object. A fusion module further analyzes information of image feature and spectrum feature find whether or not having a matched object as an identify object.

An automatic navigation method and automatic navigation system are provided. The automatic navigation method includes the following steps. A guiding path is provided. A current facing direction which a user faces is obtained by an electronic compass. A turning direction is obtained according to the current facing direction and the guiding path. The turning direction is notified by an electric shock signal. A nearest trace point of the guiding path is obtained by sensing a radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag. The turning direction is updated according to the nearest trace point and the current facing direction.

Two of a predetermined sport frequency intensity, a predetermined calorific capacity and a predetermined sport time are provided. An actual sport frequency curve of a user is detected.
