The present disclosure provides a reaction cassette for biochemical test. The reaction cassette includes a structural wall, a first flow guiding member and an obstacle member. The structural wall defines a reaction region and a channel region, wherein the reaction region is connected to the channel region. The first flow guiding member is disposed in the channel region, and a first angle between the structural wall and the first flow guiding member ranges between 0 and 60 degrees. The obstacle member is disposed on the structural wall, and a second angle between the obstacle member and the structural wall is greater than 90 degrees. The present disclosure further provides an assay device including said reaction assay for biochemical test.

Reaction cassette and assay device

A reaction cassette and a biochemical assay device are disclosed. The reaction cassette for biochemical assay comprises a housing with structural walls defining a liquid mixing space for accommodating at least one mixing zone, wherein the at least one mixing zones comprises at least one blending structures for generating a vortex phenomenon in liquid, thereby improving the degree of mixture of a liquid sample and a dried reagent.

The present disclosure relates to an electrode strip, a sensor strip and a system thereof. The electrode strip includes a substrate, an electrode layer, an insulation layer and a cover. The electrode layer is disposed on the substrate. The electrode layer includes a first electrode set and a second electrode set. The insulation layer includes a groove, a first protrusion and a second protrusion. The first protrusion and the second protrusion divide the groove into two reactive areas such as a first reactive area and a second reactive area. The cover includes a vent-hole connecting to the groove, and the cover is disposed on the insulation layer.
