A multi-layer laminated film includes layers composed using a thermoplastic resin A and layers composed using a thermoplastic resin B, which A layers and B layers are alternately laminated in 51 or more layers, wherein the film has: a heat shrinkage stress of 0.5 MPa to 5 MPa at 150&#xb0; C. in the longitudinal and width directions of the film; and a heat shrinkage stress kick-off temperature of 110&#xb0; C. or lower in at least one of the longitudinal and width directions of the film.

Multi-layer laminated film

A laminated film has a layer (A) on at least one side of a base film, wherein resin contained in the layer (A) has (1) a (poly)caprolactone segment and (2) a urethane bond and, in measurement using a micro hardness tester, a maximum displacement amount in a thickness direction of the layer (A) is 1.0 to 3.0 &#x3bc;m and a creep displacement amount in the thickness direction of the layer (A) is 0.2 to 0.5 &#x3bc;m when a load of 0.5 mN is applied for 10 seconds, and a permanent displacement amount in the thickness direction of the layer (A) is 0.3 to 0.65 &#x3bc;m when the load is released to 0 mN.

Laminated film

A multilayer film includes 50 or more layers of each of two or more thermoplastic resins having different optical properties are alternately laminated with each other, wherein the average reflectance in a wavelength range of 900 to 1,200 nm is 70% or higher; both of the differences between the a* values (&#x394;a*) and between the b* values (&#x394;b*), respectively, of transmitted light incoming at an angle of 12&#xb0; and of transmitted light incoming at an angle of 45&#xb0; are 10 or less; and the multilayer film comprises a bandwidth of not less than 50 nm where the transmittance is 80% or lower in a wavelength range of 400 to 800 nm.

Laminate film and automotive window glass using same

An extrusion die for laminating at least two kinds of resins in the width direction is provided. The extrusion die has not less than 10 nozzles arranged in the width direction and not less than 10 holes such that the holes surround each of the arranged nozzles, or alternatively, the extrusion die has not less than 10 holes arranged in the width direction.

A width-direction multilayer laminated film having a large area and uniform optical properties is provided. A light guide, a light diffusion film, a light collecting film, a viewing angle control film, and an optical waveguide film, which are low cost and have excellent optical properties, as well as an illuminating device, a communication device, and a display using these films. The laminated film may include at least a structure in which a layer made of resin A (layer A) and a layer made of resin B (layer B) are alternately laminated in the width direction, wherein the width of the film is 400 mm or more and the number of layer Bs, each having a cross-sectional width from 0.1 &#x3bc;m to 10,000 &#x3bc;m, is 10 or larger.

A laminated film includes a substrate film and layer A provided at least on one side thereof, layer A containing (1) a (poly)caprolactone segment and (2) a urethane bond, wherein a distilled water contact angle on layer A and a diiodomethane contact angle on layer A are 95&#xb0; or more, but less than 120&#xb0; and 70&#xb0; or more, but less than 87&#xb0;, respectively.

Laminated film and molded body

A first multilayer film is a multilayer film which contains a layer A on at least one surface of a base film, in which the layer A has (1) a polycaprolactone segment, (2) a polysiloxane segment and/or a polydimethyl siloxane segment, and (3) a urethane bond, and the layer A has a glass transition temperature of from &#x2212;30 to 0&#xb0; C. A second multilayer film contains a layer A on at least one surface of a base film, in which the layer A has a scratch recovery time of 3 seconds or less at a temperature of 10&#xb0; C. A laminated film includes a structure where each 200 layers or more of a layer composed of a resin A (A layer) and a layer composed of a resin B (B layer) are alternately laminated, wherein a relative reflectance in a wavelength range of 400 nm to 1000 nm is 30% or more, tensile stresses at 100% elongation in a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the film are 3 MPa or more and 90 MPa or less in a tensile test at 150&#xb0; C., and the number of layers with a layer pair-thickness of 120 nm or more and less than 220 nm is 1.05 times or more to 2.5 times or less the number of layers with a layer-thickness of 220 nm or more and 320 nm or less.

A liquid flow converging device and a method of manufacturing a multi-layer film. The converging device comprises an element (A) having a large number of slits for passing two liquid flows to be converged therethrough and an element (B) having a first converging part for converging, in a laminar form, a large number of laminar liquid flows formed by passing the liquid flows through the large number of slits to form a first laminar liquid flow. The converging device for the liquid flow comprises a first confluence forming device having two or more elements (A) installed independently of each other and two or more elements (B) installed independently of each other.

Liquid flow converging device and method of manufacturing multi-layer film

An ornamental film reflects an image on the surface of the film with high image clarity and having a deep and glossy jet-black color like the outer appearance of pianos. The film is a multilayered film including at least one resin layer (A layer) containing a black component; and at least one substantially colorless and transparent resin layer (B layer); the A layer having a thickness of not less than 20 &#x3bc;m and not more than 300 &#x3bc;m; the B layer having a thickness of not less than 0.5 &#x3bc;m and not more than 200 &#x3bc;m; the A layer and the B layer being arranged adjacently to each other; surface roughness Ra of at least one side surface of the film being not less than 1 nm and not more than 25 nm.

Multilayered film and molded article

A laminated film with 200 or more laminated layers which include at least layers comprising a resin A and layers comprising a resin B where, taking the layers comprising the resin A having a layer thickness from 10 nm to 1000 nm as a layer group L, the layer group L has layers La, Lb and Lc and, in the direction from one surface to the other, these are arranged in the order of the layer La, the layer Lb, and the layer Lc, the thicknesses of the layers La and Lc are the same and at least 30 layers, each layer comprising the resin A, are included between the layer La and the layer Lc, and the thickness of the layer La is at least 1.4-fold or more and 0.7-hold or less the thickness of the layer Lb.

Laminated film and molding and reflector

An object of the present invention is to provide a film having a high brightness and a natural metal-effect, and also having excellent formability, causing no delamination and maintaining the metal-effect after forming. Another object is to provide a molded body having less environmental burden, excellent in recycling efficiency and giving no electromagnetic interference. A laminated film including a structure where each 30 layers or more of a layer composed of a resin A (A layer) and a layer composed of a resin B (B layer) are alternately laminated, wherein a relative reflectance in a wavelength range of 400 nm to 1000 nm is 30% or more, tensile stresses at 100% elongation in a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the film are 3 MPa or more and 90 MPa or less in a tensile test at 150&#xb0; C., and the number of layers with a layer-pair thickness of 10 nm or more and less than 220 nm is more than the number of layers with a layer-pair thickness of 220 nm or more and 320 nm or less.

An objective of the present invention is to provide a film that has a high rigidity and is superior in dimension stability under high temperatures and transparency after heating processes, as well as in moldability within a wide temperature range, which has not been achieved by conventional techniques, and this objective has been achieved by a laminated film that includes 50 or more layers each of which is made of a thermoplastic resin and has a thickness of less than 30 nm or a biaxial oriented polyester film that has a density in a range from 1 to 1.4 g/cm, a heat shrinkage of &#x2212;2 to 2% in the longitudinal direction at 180&#xb0; C. and a breaking elongation in a range of 100 to 1000% in at least one direction.

Multilayer film and biaxially oriented polyester film

A glass protecting film including at least 5 or more layers, of which at least one layer is the layer which comprises polyester having 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol is one of the components, and a glass protecting including a multi-layer structure which comprises at least two kinds of thermoplastic resin, of which the difference of glass transition temperature is 40&#xb0; C. or less, the face-impact strength is 18 J/mm or more, haze is 3% or less, are films which excel in transparency, tear resistance, and impact resistance, and are suitable for protecting glass and preventing damaged glass fragments.

Protective film for glass

A glass protecting film comprising at least 5 or more layers, of which at least one layer is the layer which comprises polyester having 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol is one of the components, and a glass protecting comprising a multi-layer structure which comprises at least two kinds of thermoplastic resin, of which the difference of glass transition temperature is 40&#xb0; C. or less, the face-impact strength is 18 J/mm or more, haze is 3% or less, are films which excel in transparency, tear resistance, and impact resistance, and are suitable for protecting glass and preventing damaged glass fragments.
