The pistoncomprises a fixing ringmounted on a piston rod, and a piston bodyfixed to the fixing ring. The fixing ringis comprised of two semi-circular plated membersA,B having plural threaded holesfor bolt-fastening of the piston body. When they are abutted against each other and formed into a circular-annular shape, a hole portionwhich is to be tightly fitted in a fixing grooveof the piston rodis formed. The piston bodyhas a hole portionwhich is to be fitted over the piston rod, and plural bolt holescorresponding to the threaded holes. Moreover, the piston bodyhas a concave portionon a side of one surface thereof, in which the fixing ringis fitted in an embedded state.
