A lifter device includes a pole, a lifting member guided by the pole, a motor that generates power used for ascending and descending of the lifting member, a controller that controls the motor, a case that is fixed to at least a portion of the pole and accommodates the motor and the controller, a transmission mechanism that transmits the power of the motor to the lifting member, and a battery mounting portion that is provided on the case and to which a battery pack is mouted to supply power to the motor.

Lifter device

A lifter device includes: a pole; a lifting member configured to be guided by the pole; a motor configured to generate power used for ascending and descending of the lifting member; a transmission mechanism configured to transmit the power of the motor to the lifting member; and a preventing member configured to prevent the descending of the lifting member when the power is not transmitted.

An attachment structure for attaching an auxiliary fitting such as a parallel ruler to a portable machining apparatus allows simpler assembly and maintenance. A portable machining apparatus includes a base having a lower surface to be in contact with a workpiece, a machining body supported on an upper surface of the base, and a mount that receives an auxiliary fitting removably attachable to the base. The mount includes an internal threaded fastener detachably supported on the base, an external threaded fastener screwed with the internal threaded fastener to be tightened with the internal threaded fastener to press the auxiliary fitting onto the base, and a locking section that locks the external threaded fastener with respect to the internal threaded fastener.

A bracket () includes: a pedestal () that is mountable on a support frame () of a work stand () for supporting a saw (); and first and second engaging parts (A,B) arranged on the pedestal to sandwich the support frame in a horizontal direction and engage with first and second engagement parts (A,B) on opposite sides of the support frame. The second engaging part includes first and second levers (). The pedestal is movable along the longitudinal direction of the support frame by manipulating only the first lever to disengage it from the second engagement part (B) and is removable from the support frame by simultaneously manipulating both the first and second levers in the same direction to disengage them from the second engagement part. The first and second levers both move in the same opposite direction to engage the second engagement part.

Cutting devices

An interposing member is interposed between a base part of the fence plate and a top plate part of a base, and a position of the fence plate is changed on the interposing member. Because of this, deflection etc. of the top plate can be reduced and variation of an operating angle of an operating lever can be reduced when fixing the fence plate to the base.

Cutting device

A cutting tool includes a tool unit including an electric motor, a fan and a rotary cutting blade. The fan and the rotary cutting blade are rotatably driven by the electric motor. A blower includes a blower duct introducing a flow of air produced by the fan toward a cutting point where a workpiece is cut by the rotary cutting blade.

Cutting tools

A cutting machine includes a housing accommodating a motor. In the housing, a cutting blade, an air duct, a dust collecting channel and a shutter member are provided. The cutting blade is operated with the driven motor to cut a workpiece, and the air duct allows cooling air generated by a cooling fan for the motor to be blown out onto a cutting place of the workpiece. The dust collecting channel has an opening at one end for serving as a dust collecting port located near the cutting place and an opening at the other end for permitting coupling of a dust collecting nozzle. The shutter member is movable between a closed position and an open position of the air duct and located in the open position in a normal state.

Cutting machine

A cutting device includes a table for placing thereon a workpiece. A tool unit supports a cutting tool and is laterally tiltably supported on the table, so that the rotational axis of the cutting tool can be inclined relative to a horizontal direction. A positioning device includes a first positioning member and a second positioning member that can interact with each other to position the tool unit at a plurality of laterally tilted positions. At least one of the first and second positioning members can be moved to change the laterally tilted position positionable by the positioning device.

A cutting device includes a positioning mechanism for positioning a cutting unit at a plurality of tilt angles including a first tilt angle and a second tilt angle in a left direction and/or a right direction. The first tilt angle is larger than the second tilt angle. A setting state for the first tilt angle is reset to a setting state for the second tilt angle when a positioning state at the first tilt angle is released.

One aspect of the invention can include a cutting machine having a table, a cutting machine body supported by the table via a sliding mechanism to allow movement in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction, the cutting machine body including a fixed cover positioned around an upper side of a rotary blade mounted to a rotatably driven spindle, the rear edge portion of the fixed cover is recessed upward to enable a large cutting depth. The sliding mechanism includes an intermediate stopper mechanism that can be operated to switch between a state where the cutting machine body can slide within an entire slidable range and a state were the cutting machine body can slide only within a partial slidable range at a midway position.

Table cutting machine

A cutting machine includes a main body in which a rotary blade is included, a base over which a workpiece is to be placed, and a guide fence mountable to the base. The main body is provided above the base in such a manner that the main body is movable upward and downward, and a longitudinal direction of the guide fence is perpendicular to the rotary blade as viewed from top when the guide fence is mounted to the base. The guide fence provides a guide surface that extends in the longitudinal direction of the guide fence and is configured to be rendered perpendicular to a top face of the base when the guide fence is mounted to the base. The guide fence includes a stopper that is configured to project from the guide surface, to be movable upward and downward, and to be fixed at any level.

A dust-collecting device for collecting cutting chips produced by a cutting device has a separator for separating the cutting chips from the carrier air by utilizing the force of gravity upon the cutting chips. A dust container collects the cutting chips separated by the separator. The separator includes a separator body having a cutting chip discharge pipe and an air discharge pipe. After separation the carrier air is discharged upward from the separator body via the air discharge pipe. The separated cutting chips are discharge downward from the separator body via the cutting chip discharge pipe. The dust container is connected to the cutting chip discharge pipe.
